The courier lost the parcel on the first order (not Kitwizards fault) but Kitwizard swiftly sorted out a solution. Very Happy - the true measure of a company is how problems are dealt with and Kitwizard was not found lacking in this respect. Thank you.

The product was excellent, it arrived prompt and packaged properly.They have a good selection of equipment for those into enjoying the great outdoors, frankly i wish i had discovered this company a lot sooner.Thanks guys

Order for item (Hat) confirmed on 22 Jan 2023. Paid for shipping DHL Standard was listed on order form. Still have not received the item. Have been tracking on Royal Mail but it is travelling as a snails pace. Hopefully will be able to comment on the Hat when received. I have since received my Burmah Hat, and I am very happy with it. Great quality as expected from Burmah Hats. The delay in the arrival was as explained due to delays with postal Royal Mail and An Post, and delay with customs on entry to Ireland. Additional duty having to be paid. However very happy with the customer sevice from Kitwizardm especially Colin.

I placed an order on 16 Dec with upgraded next-day-delivery. I was informed on 17 Dec that they made a mistake in the stock position and the item was not available but then replenishment of stock will be available mid-week. They offered delivery of the ordered item upon replenishment and the refund of the £2.5 upgrade cost. I replied immediately accepting the offer. But then no delivery, nor refund of the upgrade cost or response ever received since then.

Ordered on the 5th, it's now the 14th. No confirmation email of shipping, tracking show order placed only. I still receive parcels from Royal Mail everyday so there's no issue of postal service on my side. Somehow it got few emails, I tried emails and online form every other days, no reply at all. Might contact the bank to get my money back if no reply or parcel in coming days. Update: I went to eBay to contact them, but don’t recommend doing it cause eBay may ban your account. 2 items I’ve ordered were out of stock, a bit annoying but they were planned as gifts so I took the replacements. Quality of items are good. However, I’ve got two emails telling me to update my reviews which is a bit annoying again. I also own a small business, luckily I never had any losing contacts and orders etc. Hope they can improve in the future cause they should realised they’ve got issues in their system not wait until multiple customers complaining and trying to find out what’s going on for over a week.

If I could give zero I would.. no sign of my gear, no replies to my emails.. just taken my money and disappeared.. avoid at all cost.. Update... After contacting the main supplier, they offered to try contacting kitwizard for me, and it worked, had a call from customer service who explained they had a technical issue and lost all messages and info and were unaware of this..(these things can happen).. so after a conversation they sent my order and it arrived next day so can't fault them for that hence a lost star, and they didn't have the colour I wanted in stock which I would have likes but the replacement is just as good. May order from them again in future if I need something else, just to see how they get on, they deserve a second chance..
