Communication is perfect they let us know when they will be dropping off/collecting the tools and to contact them if we needed any help. Additional parts and accessories were provided too for our safety which was nice, so I didnt need to look for additional safety gear. Really helps to be able to hire tools at a good rate especially when you only need it as a one-off. We have already recommended to other people and wouldn't hesitate at all to use KJB again for other tasks. Thank You!

Jul 12,2023I'd just like to say a massive thank you to KJB Tool Hire Limited 😀 On Saturday morning around 8am this guy went and cut and mowed the back of the church with his own tools and in his own time out of the kindness of his heart! He even came back to test his new tool out and cut back trees bushed and lots of nettles It looks so much better and now our community event can go ahead without this happening we would of had to cancel so thank you, So if you need to hire any tools ext then please get in touch with this guy! Jul 05,2023What a first class service. Kristen was a true gentleman his service and help was 2nd to none. Here's how it went I booked 2 items a cordless strimmer and a headge cutter on Saturday and agreed delivery time on Sunday morning 0730 and true to his word Kristen was knocking on my door at 0730. He explained how everything worked and showed me how to use both tools. We agreed that if I got the job done at a reasonable time he would come and collect them which he did.. Service EXCELLENT VALUE EXCELLENT EQUIPMENT EXCELLENT USE HIM AGAIN 100%

I also didn’t want to pay a company the eye - watering charges currently being asked by the landscaping/tree management industry. I asked around and I was recommended KJB Tool Hire by a good friend. Making the booking was extremely simple - just 3 easy steps, as mentioned on the website! Delivery was extremely prompt and made by Kristian, the business owner himself, a very friendly and helpful gentleman. The tools - Dewalt Cordless Strimmer & Dewalt Cordless Reciprocating Saw were top-notch, professional grade and made my jobs almost effortless. The price of the hire is extremely affordable and it saved me the purchase price of both tools, OR hiring someone at an exorbitant rate for at least half a day! I would sum up my experience in 3 points: High quality professional tools. Amazing, personalised customer service. Incredible value for money. Would I use again or recommend to others? Absolutely!

Jun 18,2023I hired a sander today from KJB tool hire and I can honestly say it was a great experience, I ordered online through the website, booked how long I wanted it for and when I wanted it to be delivered. Communication was great, fast and easy communication. I was delivered a brand new wireless sander which came with sanding pads, 2x batteries, a charger and the instruction manual. The sander was excellent, it was very easy to use and I managed to complete the job in no time at all. There are different tools available which I am already booking in to hire from KJB tool hire again, excellent service exactly what I needed and the best part is I don’t have to find somewhere to store tools I only need once or twice a year! The whole transaction has been stress free and simple. Will highly recommend and will be using again in the future thanks KJB tool hire much appreciated 👍🏼

Full instructions came with the chainsaw, phone number on equipment just in case we struggled. Collection was prompt. Wonderful bloke! Have already recommended to friends and WILL NOT hesitate to use again!
