This was my first time using them and I was skeptical of it at first because they offered so much higher than competitors, however they paid the agreed amount in less than 24 hours via PayPal of receiving the two brand new iPhones I sent out. Had them send my phones back to me and sold them to Klymen. Klymen kept there word on the purchase price and were awesome to deal with.
