Oct 12,2024- Komodo seems fake to me: they have no FB page, and no possibility of giving a review. - The dress I bought has a label Made in China, and I paid 150 eur for it (they claim to make their clothes in the UK) - It is poorly worked like a fast fashion brand: not finished seems, threads all over the place, the material is transparent even though it’s corduroy. - I didn’t receive an invoice for my purchase, even though I have requested one - I have paid extra for express delivery where they guarantee it arrives in 2 days. Only after 2 days I got a tracking number, and the dress arrived after 4 days. - Support is non existent, as there is no reply to any of my emails. - One of the buttons sewn on the dress is from another brand, it’s for Stoney Creek.

Sep 30,2024This is my third time shopping on Komodo, I honestly have to say this is my favourite brand. The clothes are such good quality and designed so uniquely, I had an issue with my order; it was resolved with SUCH ease through customer service- couldn’t recommend enough, i’ll be back!

Sep 18,2024Orders 2 items of clothing on 28 August 24. Still not arrived (18 Sep). No way of knowing package status or if an attempt to deliver was made. Sent an email one week ago to get information and still no response. Sent a follow up email today. Follow up Thanks Tony for getting back to me. Appreciate the issues with the delivery of the items outside of your control.

Aug 29,2024Wish I read the reviews before ordering as same thing has happened to others. They sent an email to say item wasn't in stock and offered one 3 sizes bigger or a refund-which I asked for, they refunded 5 days later but without postage cost. When I complained they replied "We have fully refunded the item (£31.50), however we are unable to refund postage costs (£3)." Complained further and got it back but will avoid in future. In reply to Tony: my issue was that I was told you are unable to refund my postage when you posted nothing and others have said the same. That's not ok as a practice for your business. I mentioned what happened to explain it was not my fault that the item wasn't sent yet the refund for the item was made but not the postage, I accept mistakes happen and wouldn't have complained about that but keeping my postage money was not a mistake

Jan 23,2024Probably the worst online experience I've ever had. Ordered a jumper on Saturday, was then emailed on Monday evening to tell me that they don't have it in stock. So they're selling items that they don't actually have, regular stocktakes and correct systems in place would prevent this happening. I responded to them on Wednesday asking if they'd be getting any back in stock, if not I'd like a full refund, no response. Emailed again on Friday and finally got a response to which they asked me if I wanted the other colour (I'd made it clear I wanted the exact colour and size that I ordered, if this wasn't possible to issue a full refund). So 10 days later they issue the refund. All in all, poor customer service with long waits and frustrating emails repeating myself. Selling items they might not have in stock and taking forever to give your money back. Certainly won't be spending again with these guys. Avoid!!!

Nov 12,2023Purchased a £130 coat which tore badly on the very first wear with very normal usage. This was extremely disappointing and goes to really poor quality manufacturing. The company then stonewall over email which is such terrible customer service. All in all, a waste of your time and money. Avoid.

Sep 26,2023A lovely small company with a good cause creating sustainable fashion. I had an issue with a jacket and they resolved it very quickly. 4 stars because the item was faulty (I was just unlucky) but everything else is great.

Oct 13,2024My order was promptly delivered, the fabric was high quality and fit well, albeit a bit too long for my legs. No complaints on online checkout either.
