Aug 17,2023Didn't show up to initial appointment even. No follow up. Nothing except fake appointment arrangement confirmations by email. Somewhat untrustworthy and disorganized if they can't even manage an appointment system. It's even more annoying because I had to wait a long time just for an initial appointment and had to fill out an online form with what felt like 40 questions. Electric Ireland Superhomes were at least reasonably honest by comparison, though my subjective impression is the entire one-stop-shop insulation industry has generally a careless attitude, because so few of them exist I guess, therefore little competition. I did see Kore doing public advertising after my experience which I thought strange thing to need to do with over a year lead times being quoted to me by Electric Superhomes for example
