I actually won a system from KP-PC through Winwink, a competition site. As such I can't really comment on value or pricing. But the system itself was very well built, and shipped fantastically. A few minor 5v aRGB extension cables had come unplugged during shipping but those connectors are notoriously flaky. The GPU and all of the boxes for the individual parts were nicely packed in a second box. Clearly zero expense was spared on the Delivery here. Special mention in particular for the windows install I received. Clearly a bare, no bloat windows install, but with all the necessary software for RGB, Cooler profiles etc, as well as most common gaming apps pre-installed. Can't fault that, and it saved me a good couple of hours fiddling. Also hats off for largely using high quality components. EK cooler, Corsair PSU, Sabrent NVMe (though personally I wouldn't go for a QLC model). There wasn't any cheaping out anywhere. I haven't needed or asked for any help or support, but it has been offered throughout, and I've no doubt they'd respond quickly and fix any issues based on my conversations thus far. Can't fault these guys, and if ever had need to purchase a custom pc in future, they'd certainly be my first port of call.

Quick delivery time, really well priced. After a part got damaged in transit, KP helped me figure out how to remove it very late at night and organised a replacement part immediately. Top quality service!

From start to finish the process of choosing my parts for the pc to optimise gameplay for the games I enjoy playing to actually building the pc for me was extremely helpful. As I don’t know much about pc’s Karl provided any information I needed and explained the reasons for each of my parts as well. Once the parts had been chosen the process from getting the parts and building it was really quick and even installed it when he came to deliver it. The pc looks amazing and runs all my games extremely smoothly and would recommend anyone who’s thinking about switching to a pc or looking to upgrade to a better one.

This is my second Build from KP, 1ST one was for my lad a 3060ti 12th gen cpu, then after he got that, i got the bug and ended up with a 3080 build. can not fault karl on his work, the time he takes to set up and test, and the after care for any issues i may have or questions answered is amazing! So if you want a build at a good price with the knowledge it will be money well spent then get in touch with KP.. EDIT .. Yes no doubt there will be a 3rd at some point Karl

Karl is an absolute legend who listened to my requirements and budget, found the perfect set up, advised on recommendations, and provided a brilliant PC build for a fraction of the price if I'd gone elsewhere - with completely brand new, up to date parts! Most competitors where I had a similar build quote were: - 2-3 older generations of CPU; - Less powerful GPU (i.e. 3060 instead of a 3060Ti); - Less storage; and - Worse PSU After-support and communication throughout was brilliant. Cannot recommend him enough!

I wanted a Gaming PC for my brother so I could gift it to him for his birthday. As I couldn't buy the parts and build it myself due to space constraints, I had turned to help from someone else. While browsing PC Partpicker, I found Karl's profile and it had his website (KP-PC Builds) linked to it. Checking the reviews on Trustpilot, I made the decision to invest in his services. A bit of background history. This is the first time I have ever requested for goods from someone online, let alone for them to build me a PC. I was dreading doing this, and was nervous until I got a reply back, and suddenly, I felt at home. As soon as I realised that this is still a business transaction, I went along with it. Karl himself seemed trustworthy just from looking at his PCpartpicker profile and Facebook page, and so I felt like I could do this. I had asked for the following parameters; It should be able to run the latest PC games, it needs to have a good cooling system as the PC will be used in a somewhat-enclosed space, and since we'll be playing a lot of games, a lot of hard drive space is necessary, at least 1 TB. Karl gave me a 2 TB hard drive in the final build, which is perfectly fine. During the email exchange, he outlined all the parts that would go into the PC, and the price for it all. Most companies have a habit of charging such a high markup for building and delivering a PC, and so I assumed the worst, but Karl stuck to the budget. Any questions I had were answered in a timely fashion, and soon he and his associates got to work on the PC. After he had finished building and testing the PC, he had it sent by a postal service. Though it came in two packages and one of them was going to come at a later date, everything came on 1st March, exactly as Karl said just two weeks ago from my first enquiry. By 2 o'clock that afternoon, I had received all the items. They were filled with Polystyrene and air bags to protect the items from damage. After some setting up, the PC works like a dream. I still can't thank or recommend Karl and his company enough. For anyone unsure as to whether to invest in his services, use my testimony and everyone else here to judge for yourself.

KP-PC Builds built a gaming pc for my son. They spent a lot of time going through exactly what we wanted and our budget before sending us a transparent list of parts including the cost of each individual item. The answered every question I had before they even had the money and took the time to explain why they has chosen the parts and what they do (which was great for someone like me, who doesn't know anything about pc building). I spoke with a friend of a friend who works for a large pc building company and he said the value was superb and he would snap it up at the price quoted. Payment was fast and easy and they stayed in touch with me every step of the way from confirming the parts were ordered, their arrival, the build during and after (with pictures) and delivery. Even after the PC arrived they answered every question I asked them with more patience than I deserved! I really cannot recommend this company enough, the customer service has been the best I have ever received and my son is more than happy with his new PC.

First time buying a PC and KP-PCBuilds was fantastic! I had a budget in mind and basic spec for the PC I wanted. Every step of the way was done with one to one communication. From the parts being used, to advice, build status, testing and even photos of how it's coming together. Best of all I got something way above my own expectations and under budget. Which meant I could splash out on some extras. PC was well packaged for shipping with all part boxes. Super honest, build quality is spot on. Highly recommended. I'm not going anywhere else from now on with any help I need in the future.
