Jan 02,2023Kronstadt shirts are a good fit, last long and are made out of as much natural materials as possible. Only negative remark is that they're not made in Europe, which you would expect for the average price of their shirts. My next purchase will be with a similar but local brand.

Dec 21,2022Jeg bestilte to Carlos trøjer i forskellig farve under Black Friday. Pasformen er helt tosset. Det er en slank model og strikken er forholdsvis tynd. Men længden på trøjen er næsten 80cm. Det normale for den slags trøjer er omkring 65cm. Det ser virkelig skørt ud. Det ligner en lårkort kjole. Jeg er helt almindelig/slank af bygning og 180cm høj. Jeg blev virkelig skuffet, fordi jeg faktisk kunne lide farver og mønstre og kvaliteten var helt ok. Jeg prøvede først at kontakte kundeservice på mail. Jeg ventede en uge. Men fik intet svar. Derfor sendte jeg trøjerne tilbage og kan se I modtog dem d 9/12. Først i dag 21/12 var pengene tilbage på min konto. Da jeg ringede og rykkede fredag d 16/12 var der intet sket i sagen. Jeg ville ønske i skrev alle mål på jeres varer i webshoppen og ikke kun brystmål. Jeg ville ønske i svarede når man skriver en mail, at I klarer retursager lidt hurtigere, og ikke først starter en sag efter man har klaget. Efter den oplevelse ønsker jeg ikke at handle hos Kronstadt igen og kan ikke anbefale denne webshop.

Dec 08,2022Edit: costumer service managed the problem and were really nice. Items are good quality First comment: On my order i received an item instead of another one. In addition to that on a 3 shirt pack, one was off the carton band and with a different size (M instead of XL). So I had to return the things and I don't know when i will receive the correct items
