While the software offered basic recognition features, we found the interface cluttered and unintuitive, making employee engagement more complicated than necessary. The reward system felt limited, and the analytics didn't provide the depth of insights we needed to truly understand our team dynamics. Customer support was mediocre, and the cost didn't justify the minimal value we were receiving.
