Sep 07,2021Greetings!! I wanted to take a few days to reflect on our trip to Turks and Caicos. For years, my husband and I have discussed vacationing here and it was nothing short of amazing. The booking process was smooth and seamless. Olden and Melody at LaCure were absolutely easy to work with and provided a detailed checklist of pre-travel responsibilities. The onsite Concierge Team, Darnell Jones and staff (Terry and Marie) were absolutely amazing. Everything was handled from the airport transfer to dinner reservations and more. As a business owner, I know the importance of service with excellence. Truly, Darnell and her team not only understand excellence, they know how to execute it. They were attentive to our needs and were able to anticipate requests before we even asked. WOW!! The Villa was beautiful, clean and well maintained. The steps were a little narrow, so Darnell made sure to demonstrate how to navigate safely. I appreciated that greatly. During our stay, our AC went out and I texted Darnell at 3am. She not only responded, but she was able to arrange for us to stay at another Villa which was absolutely breathtaking. We stayed there while the AC system was being replaced. Darnell's team jumped into action, helping us pack and move a few things over. They went over and beyond. Terry and Marie were professional and were so accommodating to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Whatever we needed, they made it happen. There were so many wonderful things the team did to make our stay feel like our own luxury get-a-way. For example, our drivers were absolutely amazing and we loved the owner, Mr. Harold. He personally picked us up several times and made sure we were taken care of. Every restaurant knew that we were celebrating our Anniversary, which I thought was another demonstration of going the extra mile. Overall, what I appreciated the most about our entire experience, was Darnell's ability to over-communicate, handle every opportunity with a smile and her dedication to ensuring that we had an amazing time. She is truly the REAL MVP of the team and I have already recommended her to several friends and family. We will be back again and we look forward to seeing our new family at The Source Turks & Caicos. This was the best Wedding Anniversary celebration/vacation ever! Sincerely, Sonja

I found out about LaCure through another friend that was also very pleased by their services.Everything in my villa was perfect from the chefs tasty food to the Butler that worked above and beyond our expectations.The Villa looked just like the pictures provided ❤️Anything that me and my family needed before and during the trip was taken care of quickly by LaCure.I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Jul 21,2021I could not recommend LaCure Villas enough! They helped me plan an unforgettable trip for my husband's birthday in Jamaica with our friends and family and it was absolutely heaven. The villa specialist I spoke with was able to find the perfect villa and knew exactly what I was looking for in just hours. Roaring Pavilion was so exceptional, that absolute best location, amazing staff and the perfect getaway. The best!

Jun 24,2021LaCure Villas did a fantastic job with my entire experience with our trip to St. Lucia. They were in constant communication with me and gave me a sense of security traveling out of the Country. Esteban at LaCure was fantastic and I would hire him for my company if I could! He answered all my questions in a timely manner, gave me suggestions, and always told me that it was his pleasure to be working with me! In today's world, it is extremely difficult to find OUTSTANDING customer service. I will be booking another trip through LaCure Villas because the entire experience was pleasurable and exciting at the same time! When booking a trip...I would request Esteban for your needs!!

Jun 16,2021We recently traveled to Turks and Caicos with another close family and had a wonderful vacation curated by LaCure Villas. We were both traveling with children under 2 years old and the booking team as well as the local onsite staff went out of their way to make sure the adults and babies were well taken care of and enjoyed every minute of our stay. We will definitely be using LaCure again in our future travel plans!!

Feb 25,2021Our experience with LaCure Villas was beyond extraordinary. From the moment we booked our trip to the morning we left, Tim and his team were there to help us in every way. The property itself was exquisitely maintained and ideally located... very rarely do the photos on the internet sell the real thing short (it's usually the other way around), but nothing prepared us for the first time we stepped into the house and experienced it for ourselves. Our only minor issue was the wifi as there were times my entire family had to be on the internet at the same time (Zoom school!), but again, the house manager leaped into action and had us at full speed within a day. Couldn't recommend this kind of service more highly... in a time of great uncertainty, we felt safe and cared for at every step!

Feb 08,2021Amazing Grace was truly an incredible experience. The home is maintained exceedingly well and the service was spectacular! Anything is possible at Amazing Grace due to the truly caring staff. I’d go back in a heart beat. One thing to note is the tiny bugs that bite at night. There is only so much you can do. Cannot wait to go back.

Dec 15,2020This was my first trip dealing with LaCure Villas. We traveled to Jamaica for a familyThanksgiving. I found all the representatives of LaCure very helpful in planing our trip and even more helpful in getting us there during these pandemic times. All there suggestions turned out to be just great and made our trip very special and one of our best family trips ever. They were a very professional group of representatives that we dealt with and have nothing but positive things to write about them. They always responded quickly to our questions and issues and believe if it wasn’t for their help we probably would have cancelled our trip due to the Covid Virus.

Oct 21,2018Stayed at Roaring Pavilion, in Jamaica, last March. An amazing experience in so many ways. Loved the location, overlooking "James Bond Beach." Fabulous decor, lovely themed bedrooms, personal watercraft—just great amenities. Really sunk into the different body treatments in its full-time spa. The villa staff were really something. They made everyone in the family feel so welcome and comfortable. We loved the dinners the chef made us, served a course of time looking over the pool out to the sea. Ruth and I got up really early one morning to take a walk along the beach to the falls. When we opened the bedroom door, we found a service platter with fresh coffee and juice waiting for us. They must have heard us stirring to go out.

The property was absolutely beautiful and meticulously maintained. The food and service was amazing and I look forward to experiencing Roaring Pavilion again in the near future. My main highlights was the amazing food, friendly and professional service and relaxing atmosphere. Thank you LaCure and Roaring Pavillion for such a wonderful experience.....I can’t wait to return.

Oct 19,2018I recently stayed at Roaring Pavilion with Lacure this past June and it was one of the best Caribbean holidays I have been on. The villa was beautiful and the beach was flawless. I was a bit worried about my dietary restrictions, but the Chef Joanna was incredible and prepared delicious meals that I could enjoy with my family. I would definitely recommend Roaring Pavilion to my friends and family and look forward to returning in the near future.

Oct 10,2018The team at LaCure is terrific....knowledgeable, attentive to our requests for ideas, and exceedingly helpful when asked to make recommendations on places to stay around the world. We started working with LaCure fifteen or so years again when we considered renting a villa in the Caribbean. St Martin then and to this day has the widest range of villa options in that area, and LaCure knows them all! We've stayed in a number of different villas over the years...all offering wonderful accommodations. We'll be staying for the second time in Bamboo villa in 2019...a two bedroom delight...modern, beautifully furnished, private, and comes with a great view of the ocean...what's not to like!

Sep 15,2018Awesome Arrival... Spectacular Staff.... Luxurious Lodging..... Fantastic Food..........I could go on and on praising everything and everyone regarding Casa Majani!!! Of our 4 LaCure Villas vacation stays, this was far and above everyone's favorite. We arrived on a Saturday and departed the following Saturday - and everything from service to food to courtesy was of the highest level. The well spoken staff anticipated our every move from drink refills to snacks to room service!!! Casa Majani is No. 1 on our list of "must return"!!!!!

Customer service is very important in the consumers experience and they provided excellent service. LaCure responded quickly to my initial inquiry and any other questions during the booking process. Sweet Spot Villa was an absolute paradise, and I thank LaCure for communicating my needs with the Villa’s staff making my experience a dream. The Villa is beautiful, and the staff was warm, welcoming, professional, and kind. My experience with LaCure and Sweet Spot’s staff has made me a satisfied customer. I highly recommend their services.
