Nov 06,2024Day 7! - that says it all, day 7 of actual writing thoughts and goals, I never get past day 1! The journal arrived promptly and in great condition. Hardback externally with plenty of undated weekly sheets, mindfulness exercises, prompts, colour pages, yoga positions etc! It's a great book for those who need a bit of everything but don't know what, or why (anxiety eh). It helps reduce your thinking and ease that rumination; space to be clear and concise but no rambling room, excellent. Having taken advantage of the kind feedback offer previously, I contacted the team and Paul replied shortly after. Although you don't expect anything more than an automated reply, it was lovely to see and hear that the product is serving it's purpose and being noted from their end ☺️ They kindly shipped a stationery set, which arrived again in good packaging and great condition. Notepad, smaller arrow sticky pads, normal sticky pads and a pen! Maybe I'm easily pleased but it's the little extra touches that are a nice boost. Will be returning again soon, if you're unsure - give it a go, you'll be pleasantly surprised ☺️

I received my journal it's designed is so beautiful, details inside for writing your manesfestation and journaling is designed very well, nice thick paper, beautiful designed on the front. Will definitely be buying more journals and would definitely recommend 🙏
