Jan 11,2023Always a pleasure to use Landywoods. The food arrives still frozen so no problem there. Usually the driver has left the boxes inside our back gate so it is safe and we are perfectly happy with that although this week, yesterday, the driver left the box outside our neighbours garage which isn't quite as safe. Other than that small issue, couldn't be happier with the service.

The delivery driver was prompt and arrived on time after an initial phone call to let me know when to expect him. He also carried my order directly to my front door. excellent service.

Jan 06,2023From my experience Landywood always do what they say they will. They always deliver on time as instructed, this being critical as frozen meat product. I was having difficulty locating the product locally to me. Since using Landywood ( 2 years) I have had no difficulties. The staff on the phone are always very friendly and patient.

Got loads about their vans & black Friday deals. Finally got 1 yesterday: order ready 4 shipping, then phone (only way I got their number) saying 1box out of stock. More calls from me. Finally delivered 2day 1 box short. Rang & spoke to Dawn, has not come back to me.

Jan 12,2023So far I’m Pretty pleased with my first delivery of raw dog meat. I’d asked for no chicken in the mixed box as my dog is intolerant but got 10 mixed in with other proteins . I rang straight away and they apologised and said on the next delivery they would swap them for another protein, I was more than happy with the customer service. We’ll see now if my dog likes the food and hope the bone ck tent isn’t too high.
