In sales you have Pedram, whom hand holds the design and render of any project you have, he has an incredible eye for interior design. Right through to delivery and installation. The installation team I had were extremely professional and efficient, incredibly courteous, a two man team called, Erdem and Turgay. I would recommend Lazzoni to anyone, a beautiful product with exceptional service.

Dec 20,2024We bought a bed, TV stand and dressing table. As more items you ordered, the more discount you can get which is great. All look amazing in terms of their qualities and appearances! Also the delivery team is really nice, having their own shoe covers which I think in detail is great! Their assembly is quick and perfect!

Dec 17,2024Fantastic sofa! I'm totally in love with it!. My only complaint is that there weren't more fabric colours to choose from, but I'm happy with what I've chosen. The option to lift up the back section is a game changer when wanting to relax in front of the tv and have your head supported, but still looks super cool when placed back down.

Delivery and assembly was carried out by Matt, Adam and "Tool Man", who were absolutely lovely, efficient and tidy! They are a credit to Lazzoni! We absolutely love our furniture! Each piece is stunning and has a wow factor! Would highly recommend a visit to the showroom in London to see their range of products. Thank you again Lazzoni!

They perfectly combined all the elements we were looking for. We purchased couches, a bed frame, mirrors, and a stunning dining table and chairs from them. Mr. Samet especially managed the entire process with great care. He made extra suggestions for interior design, which we implemented, and the results were truly satisfying. While waiting for our real furniture to arrive, he even arranged temporary furniture and a dining table for us. Mr. Erdem and Mr. Sefa set up all the products, ensuring they didn’t damage any walls or floors. They were also incredibly helpful in finding the perfect alignment for our couches and bed. From start to finish, we received high-quality service from a wonderful team.

Sep 10,2024Great experience throughout the entire process, from our first visit to the Tottenham Court Road store, all the way to receiving the sofa at home. Special mention to Pedram for going above and beyond to show us how the sofa would look like in our living room and answering all the questions we had, to the transport crew who did a fantastic job assembling it and leaving no trace behind. The sofa itself feels great, sturdy, good quality and comfortable. I can't recommend lazzoni enough!

Pedram had excellent knowledge of all product lines and took the time to ensure we got the desired products with the desired outcome.
