Nov 09,2022I spent some considerable time looking for and researching a brand design and website development company that could help me to create, from the very outset, a look, feel and experience that would set me apart from my competitors. Starting up in an extremely competitive industry such as consulting and quite a niche one too, I wanted to make sure that I attracted the full range of potential clients, communicate that we were about supporting a truly responsible, ethical, sustainable way of doing business as well as ensure that the brand would stand the test of time so that I could expand once established, into the future. To boot, the LBD portfolio seemed to have the right mix of gravitas, sophistication and understated elegance that I liked. The brand development process was fun. Liam listened carefully to my ideas, thoughts and feelings about what I wanted and, equally as important, what I didn't want. We reflected on his ideas too which were always well considered and informed. It seemed clear that he was equally engaged with the brand's potential and future success as I was. The first iteration was pretty spot on but the colour didn't feel quite right - something earthier/natural but sophisticated was required. Liam was keen to get it 100% and with a little more subtle refinement Liam and his team had nailed it. The website followed shortly thereafter, and the look and feel just created that spark of excitement bringing the brand to life and creating the look and feel I was hoping for. We discussed tactics that the site would use to guide and inform, and tweaked font and text to arrive at the version it is today. It reflects my ambitions for the business, ties the brand elements together and as my business develops I will be able to further add to it. I love it! The journey was a pleasure, Liam and his team are a joy to work with. The result is better than I could have hoped. Definitely worth the investment!

After a chat with Liam, it was obvious that he quickly understood what I was looking for and was able to to offer a number of solutions in a language that I could understand. Sep 18,2020I approached LBD Studio around 18 months ago as our website was in desperate need of updating, having not been touched for over ten years. Liam took us through the options and recommended a deeper 're-brand' to help us reposition and bring some consistency to our stationery and packaging. This was then quickly undertaken and we are very happy with the result. Liam and his team were hands on and keen to find out how each product is made and manufactured. This uncovered three key USPs which helped us stand out from other suppliers: "Hand-made, Family-owned, Cruelty Free". These have been a great tool to focus ourselves and bring clarity to the product range, and have been used throughout our new website and supporting materials. We wanted the site to be very simple and easy to navigate and I feel the team have achieved this for us. Our website and revitalised brand have been very well received with our customers and they act as a showcase for our business to potential wholesale clients. We have noticed an increase in sales, especially with our higher-priced down-filled products.

Sep 04,2020I initially contacted Liam with regard to building our website. Our brief was clear, and I put a lot of pressure on him to deliver exactly as I asked and what I expected. Our company is in a niche industry, and felt it was possible to build our business to become a nationally recognised brand. The only thing letting us down was our website and reaching potential customers. Liam has delivered us a website that is vastly superior to anything I could have hoped for. The content, images, animations and site mapping is on another level & by far exceeds our competitions equivalent. Our site is very easy to navigate, gives our customers information easily, allows downloadable certification and the ‘contact is’ page is well thought out and pulls all the info I need from a lead without having to go back and forth over a few emails. As well and building our website, Liam also monitors our Google Ads & monitors our ranking, constantly tweaking our SEO and website performance. This has proved invaluable, and cannot thank Liam enough for all of his help and advice during this process. Not stopping there, Liam has created images and animations for our social media to tie in all our platforms, giving them visual consistency & adding to the professional look of our business. Again, something over and above his brief and adding to our end result. Since going live just over 2 months ago, our enquiries through the website have increased by just over 450% compared to last years ANNUAL website enquire total. This is unbelievable. It has exceeded our expectations beyond anything we could have expected and we are projecting to be the biggest installer/contractor in our industry in Scotland by the end of 2021. This is without a doubt down to Liam’s expertise and help. Without hesitation, I would recommend Liam. His attention to detail. Understanding of website builds and how to optimise SEO & website performance is unparalleled to anyone I have met before. Iam delighted with our website & content, with the lead generation and Google ranking. Liam’s constant monitoring of our website means I know we are in safe hands and is something I don’t have to worry about as I trust his professional judgement and actions in improving our website performance. He’s also a great guy, which helps as he’s extremely approachable and discusses everything simply and effectively. 5⭐️‘s honestly isn’t enough for Liam.
