With a highly experienced management team and over 30+ years’ experience in supplying products to the construction and DIY industries, we now supply an exciting range of Arena Composite Decking, Composite Fencing, Composite Cladding and Composite Balustrade products to the outdoor, landscaping and home improvements industries.

LB Supplies Ltd are based in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire and LB Supplies (Southern) are based in Newport, South Wales enabling us to cover extensively all parts of the UK. My email enquiry was answered promptly. I ordered via LB website. Items were delivered within 24 hours as apposed to the 2-3 days stated on website. Driver was very polite and helpful. Goods are as advertised and good quality. Down side is that there is a LB unit with a trade counter only 2-3 miles from me. I wanted to pick up my order from there to save shipping costs! (£24.95). But was told they do not stock the glazing bars I required so they had to be delivered from South Wales to my home in Nottinghamshire at my expense. This is not explained on their website! I they do not do click and collect either. Again not mentioned on their website.

Brilliant product. Better than leading brand names. No problem fitting. Looks great. Cant praise quality enough. Staff were very helpful and helped me with finding the right product, after sales service also great. Lastly, the price for such a high quality product was exceptional. Would highly recommend.

As with all transactions, we can experience hiccups with ontime deliveries, in transit damage and delivery delays or shortages. However; the backup service received can make or break a project and LB Supplies certainly step up to the mark by ensuring any order discrepancies get sorted with minimum fuss and delay. Very impressed.

Description of product (loft hatch and ladder) good including installation video. Purchasing process easy. Product good quality and good value. Unfortunately your carrier delivered to wrong address. Also product was slightly damaged (clearly before it was packed) I reported all this to by telephone.
