Jan 27,2023Craig from the sales team was excellent, provided prompt updates and 'tailored' the canopy to my specifications at no extra cost. Once the order was confirmed, Matthew provided updates on production and delivery. A1 product and A1 customer service. The delivery arrived next day, as promised and wrapped in miles of bubble wrap to protect the product in transit. The canopy itself is excellent, easy to assemble. I assembled alone in one day and it looks beautiful. Everything down to the self tapping steel screws are of good quality and design itself is faultless. Highly recommended.

Can be done by one person however, refitting the springs may require help, but only for 2 minutes. Watch the video on the website, especially the bit about fitting two temporary support straps...this really makes life simple.
