My experience at Lean IT has been deeply disappointing and frustrating. During my tenure at the company, I faced numerous challenges that highlighted significant issues with their work practices and company culture. From the start, there was improper work allotment and a complete lack of proper knowledge transfer, leaving me in the dark about critical company processes. The tasks I was given were often disorganized and delegated by various individuals outside of my direct reporting line, leading to significant communication gaps and confusion. The work culture at Lean IT is toxic and unprofessional. I experienced rude behavior from colleagues, including being shouted at to complete work while I was at the airport—despite being on official leave. I still completed the work because I found it important for the company, but the lack of respect and professionalism was evident. What’s more alarming is the misuse of my signature after I had resigned from the company. This is not only unethical but also illegal, and it shows a complete disregard for employee rights. Despite officially mailing my one-day resignation, clearly stating the reasons for my departure, and handing over all company belongings, I have been denied my salary full and final (FnF) settlement without any justification. To make matters worse, I was accused of being an absconding employee and threatened with legal consequences if I engage in any so-called "mischievous activity." This type of intimidation is completely unacceptable and only highlights the hostile environment at Lean IT.
