Oct 20,2024Today I learned about project identification using various tools and techniques, and it was fantastic! While I was only familiar with SWOT analysis, I realized I had overlooked the importance of a clear call to action. The course also introduced me to TOWS analysis, Pareto analysis, and the Prioritization Matrix. The Pareto analysis was particularly enlightening; I didn't realize how the entire chart changes when viewed through the weighted chart concept. These insights have equipped me with valuable skills for evaluating and prioritizing projects effectively. Overall, this learning experience has enhanced my understanding and will streamline my project selection process at work. Highly recommend it!

Aug 22,2024I have known Learn and Apply through the videos on YouTube and initially was skeptical about joining the learning with Mr. Vijay Sable. However, I reviewed a few additional videos on the diverse topics he had taught and was confident that he was the ideal individual to assist me in navigating the statistical quality control issues that I had resolved to learn. I contacted him and made an effort to join him in accordance with the same. Since then, my experience with him has been excellent. He has not only assisted me in selecting the appropriate learning program for my requirements, but we have also addressed my learning challenges during our weekly calls and discussions. The learning experience at Learn and Apply is entirely distinct from that of other training courses, which merely provide video training materials. Mr. Vijay Sable is dedicated to genuinely enhancing the knowledge and skill sets of the participants in relation to the topics that have been taught. He also assists us in implementing this knowledge in our daily work lives, thereby enabling us to make a significant professional impact. Here, we have the advantage of learning through videos, participating in weekly meetings and calls with Mr. Vijay and his team, receiving immediate guidance for any enquiries, and receiving assistance in selecting the appropriate instruments for problem-solving, such as the appropriate software. I only came to the awareness that we do not necessarily need to purchase costly software like Minitab to meet our requirements; there are alternatives that are most appropriate for our requirements. I believe that his involvement in my professional life will provide me with the opportunity to learn and apply my knowledge, particularly through his guidance and the community he is attempting to establish with us. Mar 08,2024Hi all here are reasons why you should go with training session by Mr.Vijay 1.Mr Vijay training content is good and way of detailing is very good 2. For every learning practical application is most important in this regards Mr.vijay not only focused towards learning part he gives examples and making you to practice those examples and get more practical knowledge of application of tools 3. Learning content is online , so learning can be done any available time slot as per your convenience. 4. Join along with your peers so you can get good experience and can help each other compete each other and sometimes if you are lagging your peers can support to come out and vice versa. 5. This training helps me particularly how a problem to be looked , How statistical analysis to be done and how to arrive solution and validate it. 6.after going through this training I'm able to use minitab for analysis of problems . 7.Mr.Vijay is not focusing on people to get six Sigma certificate instead his full focus on people to learn six signal practically along with theoretical part also to apply it in day to day operations. 8. Training content is precise and make a commitment yourself and go through the training trainer is giving you sufficient time for go through the recorded sessions 9. You can set up separate call with trainer to discuss doubts 10. Overall I would recommend make self commitment that you r going to learn lean six Sigma and go with the coach Mr.Vijay he will help you to get knowledge and practical application of Lean six Sigma.
