May 23,2024Get better customer service representatives and actually answer peoples questions on time including The scheduled zoom thing they didn’t even show up when you’re on time or 20-30 minutes on zoom before they even had the meeting waited until The schedule time and still a no-show. Also to captivate an audience for a specific topic that everyone can join regardless what your beliefs are is important in any BUSINESS like I’m Muslim yet still joined though this could have been better if it once on a different approach. Respect and treating someone like you wanna be treated or perhaps in a professional business term of respect is also another thing that this company needs not discrimination of some sort against others that no one wants. Other than that I’d think this is a great company to be part of and learn yet I did find out that their methods is not new but, old news though they did put a nice touch to it and created a bit of their own way to help others besides themselves at a reasonable price besides giving out information that most people in real estate are already aware of like the free way to do those that aren’t aware which is better to know about rather than not knowing if you can’t afford to pay for what they’re offering you or your spectacle about it. Trust is earned even in business or to grab your audience.

May 20,2024What I really thought was great was that Lee gave options to use if one could not afford the tools he was promoting to help with our Real Estate businesses. The options given were very doable and can accomplish the task at hand when necessary having to go that route. I was also impressed on his approach when making sales offers buying property. When he said to submit your offer in the amount they are asking for, and then after an inspection is done, you negotiate the price with the seller at that time. Other real estate coaches I have attended webinars have made their offers with what they thought the house was worth by the researching of comps, subtracting repair costs and profit margins, and using the end result as their presenting offer. I can see how Lee's approach could gain more success in closing his deals because it leads the seller through a common-sense business strategy where the sale price is agreed upon.
