Feb 17,2024I found it a pretty degrading that the people that attending Lees inner circle got a plaque for their wall. If you’re going to do that do it after zoom. I flew up to the office to find out exactly what was offered. So it wasn’t like I didn’t take time or pay to go there.

The Money Broker part really got my attention, for it seems the best way to get into the real estate business for me. Feb 15,2024Your sales techniques are really great, but the package that was sold e doesn't even work in my home state, so I have once again wasted money on something that is useless to me and I am out $1500. Please stop sending me emails and offers. Your system does not work for me--I'm glad you have slick testimonials that have worked for a few select people--but I have tried three different programs (totalling well over $5000 and nothing to show for it, but dissapointment) your programs are not suited to me!

The professionalized approach to presenting serious financial information by guys that came across like everyday ‘you and me’s’ made it great!! It was just, you know these guys they knew their stuff, they all had a sense of humor to, boot. The facts, the material, the information, they had the education and it was top-notch. How else can I say it? I have a PhD. I have a fairly good education. I’m a pretty smart guy. I wasn’t an easy learner. I came from humble beginnings. I know quality teaching. I know good information and I know once I learn something somebody comes along and teaches me stuff that surpasses what I’ve already learned and it’s like a giant light comes on, and the stuff I already know seems minuscule? Well, I’m not a genius or maybe I am, but it doesn’t take one to know that these guys really know what’s important. Is your financial future important? Mine is.

Investment for training, coaching and the ROI were understandable. Some of the training, albeit very useful, felt like a sales pitch and upsell. I get that - wr all want to monetize our customer base. Overall, excellent training.
