This company is a scam. I have been trying to cancel the debt review beacuse after two payments of legal fees they have not communicated at all. They only call when you complain online. I called them and one of the receptionist gave me an email address that bounces and they promisw to call back. This is the second month i have tried to cancel and get my third payment refunded

Legal & Debt Solutions do not respond without badgering to address customer questions. They have taken funds from me for a debt distribution without advising me that they have not been approved to do so by the bank I owe money to. They have mislead me by advising me to cease payments to the bank in question whilst they were negotiating on my behalf whilst not telling me that my debt interest would escalate considerably due to lack of payments during that period. They have put me in harms way by the banks Lawyers who are threatening me for lack of payment of an unapproved debt review debt, despite taking payments from me for it.

If there's someone who deserves a promotion it's Noma, that lady is something else. When she deals with you as a client she makes you feel like your the only client she has, she gives all her time to attend to your queries with great diligence and care. And she knows her story.
