Lendai navigated the intricacies of a local developer, a foreign investor, underwriting, a lender, insurance agents and the list goes on in order to see this through. They instantly became a one stop shop and they were extremely knowledgeable in all aspects from initial application to our closing last week. Highly recommend!

Also, all three properties were already finished, so I needed the loans to close within 30 days, and they were able to get them all done on time. Very efficient, very responsive. The terms and fees are clear, and the conditions are among the best I found for foreigners. I was supper happy with the service I got along the way, with a dedicated account manager that answers questions and helps to facilitate everything. I highly recommend Lendai and will definitely use their service again in the future
