Just want to say I ordered solotica natural in amber and its amazing😃 omg this company has definitely raised standards from last year. So comfy in my eyes loved the gift and note😏 cute!.. really Amber is 100 times better then mel such a beautiful colour definitely Rihanna eyes like people have mentioned in reviews....im so happy 😊

My order got here in 4 days, in spite of COVID-19! I took a risk ordering Anesthesia’s Bella Glow in Vivid Blue.lens.me is a wonderful online store, but they need more pictures of the lenses. Pictures that have not been photoshopped by the creators. I was looking for some thing that looks like a stormy sky with autumn leaves, “vivid“ in the sense of intense and deep but not super bright, as the word sort of implies. FOUND THEM! These lenses are amazingly subtle! In fact, I think they would be 100% perfect if the gold/green Center of the iris color was just a little bit more vivid. The dark limbal ring and the calm, but serious, blue it’s striking. In the fairly bright light of my make up mirror, I can make out the nuances of hazel colours. Much more gray than most online videos and photographs. In evening light, they are very subtle and almost undetectable.

Wow. I am astonished. I just received my package. This place deserves a hundred stars. I am so happy with my order, the box is incredible luxurious, the packaging is excellent. The personal, cute googly eye note was a cheerful touch. This place probably has faster delivery than Amazon. They packaged my order and sent it out for delivery after only a few hours. I’m in a different country than this business and I got my order expressed within a few days! Wow. Still astonished. I will buy from here in the future. Best place to buy lenses, super fast delivery and high quality packaging.

By far, the most COMPREHENSIVE, FRIENDLY customer service team I have encountered. They are quick, efficient, and fair. On my first order, they offered to replace a contact that had turned over during shipping and dried out. I was able to fix it myself, but without having to beg, they took care of me. On my third order I accidently put in the wrong address. I quickly wrote and emil, and no more than 5 mins later it was adjusted and resolved. When the package arrives, it is in beautiful packaging with hand written notes, as well as a pack of Oreos! Such a plus. You can tell they really care. THANK YOU LENS.ME!!!

The personal touch with this company goes a long way. Its like buying something form Chanel or LV. So the price is coherent to the service. Got these lenses super quick. I live in the UK...i got them via FED EX within 4 days. Well impressed. These are my second purchase with this company. I bought the bella elite lenses. I love the lenses as they look so natural. The magnetic box is a touch of class, with the personal handwritten note and pack of Oreo's adding to the enjoyable experience of opening up this package. The googly eyes on the card putting a smile on my face. I bought my last lenses about a year ago, and the customer service has not changed one bit! Superb, fantastic...wouldnt go anywhere else for my lenses x Well done 10/10!!!

Hi team, I am very satisfied with purchase through your webside.I have purchased twice so far and both deliveries were very very fast.Package was very nice also in both cases. Second time the price was much better. One problem I had that first lenses became not so elastic after 6 months and one of them cut after 6 months altough in manual is 1 year durability.But I am not sure whether it was my fault or not.Regards,Linda.

Very reliable service, exceeding expectations in terms of efficiency. Nice touches like a handwritten thank you note makes the service even more personal. Keep it up. Some of the gratuities, such as the lens solutions and cases may not be used by all customers, and would go to waste. What about a small discount instead, or maybe an extra pair of contacts?
