Aug 20,2020I had bought the Solotica lenses in Ocre and when I tried them, one of the lenses irritated my eyes really badly. I contacted customer service and they got on it right away. They contacted me every step of the way until I got my new pair. Thank you so much Hadeel! I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else to purchase your lenses. They are FANTASTIC.

Aug 19,2020solotica contacts aren’t worth the money. they’re super dry and i couldn’t wear them for more than 10 minutes. others have had the same problem (google “solotica contacts dry”) so i should have researched first. lens.me replaced the first ones but they second pair were just as bad. no refund but that’s life. desio contacts are a little bit more but WAY worth the money.

Aug 15,2020I ordered the lenses for several months before the Corona crisis, and I know that it takes approximately 8 weeks because they are made specifically for me .. And when the date of receipt came, some difficulties occurred in receiving them in Egypt due to the crisis and the decision was from lens.me to apologize and return the money to my account again .. I discussed with them. About the possibility of handing it over to one of my relatives in the UAE, but given a longer opportunity for the possibility of returning the order in case it was not suitable for me .. I was surprised and very pleased with the flexibility that was dealt with me as lens.me management agreed exceptionally due to the circumstances that we all suffer from .. Today I received the order .. I am soooooo happy that I am now seeing clarity after a crisis that lasted for a period of months .. Everything is perfect .. Aug 13,2020I had an issue with my original order, but after speaking with the customer service department for lens.me they gave me a list of things to try so that I could wear the contacts. When that didn't work they offered to replace them. They sent the second pair out and I got it in a few days. They still aren't the most comfortable pair, but I can keep them on WAY longer then the original ones (had to take them out immediately)now I know that the original pair where just defective and it wasn't the brand itself.
