Sep 17,2021The first ciment mixer arrived damaged, which I refused delivery and sent back, at the same time I contacted LF EQUIPEMENT (providing photographic evidence of the damage), who immediately, and without hesitation re-dispatched a replacement with special delivery, meaning a much faster delivery time. Today I received the remplacement mixer (new) in perfect condition, 10 days on from the refusal which had a 3-4 week delivery lead time (made in Portugal). I am very satisfied with LF EQUIPEMENT and I recommend them most highly as they understand what customer service and customer satisfaction is meant to be and mean - old school methods :0) which are sadly lacking everywhere else. I can trust them to get things done - so why don't you ? Many thanks team LF EQUIPEMENT (Grégory V.) for your professionalism and rapidity!
