Positive experience throughout the whole process of renting an apartment. Initial contact with Jahdel who was great at showing me around the apartments and very knowledgable about the process. Kalidass has been my property manager for a year now and he has been very helpful, particularly when it came to renewal and sorting contracts - he was speedy in getting everything sorted with the landlord.

I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for your assistance. I was struggling to cancel or appeal a parking ticket that was unfairly issued to me. Despite my efforts, the parking company refused to consider my case as I had never received the ticket in advance. I reached out to Life Residential for help, but unfortunately, one of their staff members was unable to assist me. Luckily, Staff Emma Senior property Manager was able to contact the building management and successfully cancel the ticket. I am truly grateful for your help and support.

This is my old review as they closed the Depford branch after scamming numerous people... You can check on google for the photos. If I would have to explain the whole story it would take me an age, but I can tell you for sure this has been the most unprofessional agency I have been renting with in all my life. The property (flat 2101 Distillery tower) has been rented to me dirty and with outstanding work to be completed without being advised at all. Nothing of this was written on my check-in report and even if I complained with all the people working in the agency even before to receive it, nothing has happened. I had to spend my first days cleaning and fixing all the stuff inside the flat. (Dirty floor, spider webs everywhere, dirty kitchenware and dirty toilet) I tried to discuss this with everybody (Robin, Harry, Clifford and the team leader Nathan), and I still have all the emails where I asked specific questions, but nobody has ever been able to give me a proper answer. On my stock report all the faulty items were mentioned as in working order but even the hoover was not working... and on the report was showed as "checked and in working order". When I showed to Robin my evidence and asked for some explanations he said to me "they don't have time to check everything". The property manager Harry is basically the most unprofessional person I have dealt with. He doesn't reply to your email especially on outstanding works or if you have to get back your deposit, I left my property on the 25th of August and I am still fighting to get back my money because I got charged for the cleanings even if the flat was given me dirty. (245 pound) Those people are scammers and they will do everything to steal money from you. They clearly gave me a fake stock report and even if I started to complain about the flat before to receive it, they didn't do anything about it and Harry said to me that the flat was clean at high standard. DO NOT RENT WITH THEM AND READ ALL THE REVIEWS! Update: After this review I got contacted on the 26th of Feb by a team manager called Aby, which asked me a lot of questions saying that their willing to get things "right". I asked to refund me the money that they stole out of my deposit and she said "Give me till next Friday and I will let you know"... and guess what happend again? Of course I did not hear anything back. Avoid them like the plague.
SCAMMERS! Had my flat all ready 5 weeks prior to move in date, only to be told within the last week of moving that I can’t move in and left without a place to live. They do not want to hold any responsibility, leaving me having to spend extra funds to find temporary accommodation. Do not use this agency or trust them all they want is your money!
Luke Parker was the property manager who dealt with us. He was excellent, very helpful and caring in assisting us with our moving process and also any issues. Having someone is who excellent at their job is always a pleasure to deal with, having someone who genuinely cares helping people is privilege! All the best for the future Luke.

Life Residential have managed my flat for over ten years, in recent times by Rosita Kausiute. When the flat was damaged recently by a freak accident Rosita was brilliant, she worked tirelessly to liaise with the insurers, and the contractors to get the repairs done quickly and properly. She was amazingly efficient and supportive and I am very grateful to her.
Abby from the Renewals Dept was super helpful in getting the lease sorted. He was proactive and equitable to both the landlord and tenant (which is rare to find these days). Very happy with the service
