Mar 13,2024Your guys website is really bad, at least on Android it's extremely hard to navigate. Haven't tried any of your products, so I don't have any opinions on those just yet. This is just a review for the website itself. Seems ancient. Maybe on my PC it wouldn't be so bad, but I had to try like three times to place an order on my android.

You don’t want to keep a customer using your site of several years? Fine with me. I have since filed a claim with usps. But I would consider hiring better people to reply to your emails in a professional way.

Feb 21,2024I had to call LiftMode to place an order because the website wasn’t letting me do it. Customer service was very nice and generous in helping me place the order. I do object to $16.95 being the cheapest shipping option. Another less expensive option is needed. An ongoing issue is that I can’t print an invoice from their website, which I need for tax purposes. There is no print option from the order history page. This last order showed up as a charge by Synaptent LLC. All previous orders showed up as LiftMode. LiftMode should state on their order confirmation what name is going to show up on the charge. With all the identity theft and credit card fraud there is in our world that courtesy would be appreciated. LiftMode you sell some good products but some fine tuning is needed.

Feb 20,2024Great, quality products. Customer service is apparently lacking though. I've emailed them twice to ask about a product I've been ordering no longer being on their website. Still haven't gotten a response if it's been discontinued or what the deal is. It's now 20 days later and wrote them twice hoping for a response. :( At least the products are good as is their shipping promptly.

Feb 19,2024Had no idea if the order was shipped out, when it might be expected, or how to track it. The last email said the order was complete, a day after the order was made. However, it later arrived in a normal timeframe, fulfilled as expected.

Mar 14,2024The website is, and has always been, extremely buggy. Multiple emails to customer service or responding to promo email bounce back. It took me 10 days to successfully order my most recent product. Not sure why I'm still ordering from you -- other than I like the formulas.
