Feb 22,2025I approached Lincoln Writes to help me refine a script for my short film. The initial draft was solid, but it lacked the depth I was looking for in the characters and dialogue. After providing feedback, they were receptive to making the necessary changes, and the final version was much stronger. While the writing quality was excellent, I wish the first draft had been closer to my vision, as it required a few rounds of revisions. That being said, their willingness to refine the work made the experience worthwhile.

Dec 18,2024This company is a total SCAM. I don't believe that any positive review here is authentic. Not only have they failed to deliver even one useful chapter, but I have also stupidly trusted them (please don’t make the same mistake) and paid upfront for publishing and marketing support which I am not going to get at all. If they are not able to write one useful chapter when their company is named Lincoln “Writes,” I don’t know how they possibly have the skills to do publishing and marketing. They don't. Since engaging with them back in May 10th 2024, they have caused me so much stress and unfortunately there seems to be no end in sight to get a refund. They act like it’s their 1st day in business and a refund is something they need to invent, while they have absolutely NOT delivered what they committed. I have actually had to hire a lawyer… meaning more costs for me. :( I recommend you stay away from this company and save yourself heartache. ……….. Below is the case for Breach of Contract in case you find yourself in a similar situation with them: To date, Lincoln Writes has failed to perform these obligations, as outlined below: (1) Lincoln Writes failed to provide the promised team of 4 experts or “premium-level writers.” The Client initially worked with a writer whose work was unacceptable and lacked the quality expected of professional services. After significant delays, the Client was forced to restart the process with a second writer. (2) The Contract explicitly guarantees "Unlimited Revisions throughout the process." Despite this, on October 22, 2024, the project manager, Daniel Roy, placed the project on hold due to the Client's requested revisions. This decision, as well as the threatened to charge additional fees, is a breach of your obligations. (3) By December 3, 2024, after months of delays and sub-par work, the Client was forced to draft the book independently. Despite submitting the draft for review, Lincoln Writes failed to provide timely feedback or the promised support. These breaches have caused significant delays and frustration for the Client, making it impossible to achieve their goal of publishing the book by the end of the year. As a result, the Client has decided to terminate the relationship with you due to your failure to fulfill your contractual obligations. ……….. Again, I recommend you stay away from this company and save yourself heartache.

Dec 18,2024They never fulfilled their marketing services agreement with me. They are in breach of the contract and stopped contacting me even after I have attempted to resolve the issues in a professional manner. I received less than half of what was promised to me. Having for an additional 8 months past the due date to render their services, I would not trust anything they say. DO NOT USE LINCOLN WRITES... and know they go under other business names as well. BE CAREFUL.
