Jun 08,2024Quick and easy to make an appointment Frank was awesome Came out at time arranged and within 20mins had diagnosed the problem with our American fridge freezer Ordered the part for next day delivery and again turned up bang on the arranged time. 30mins later all fixed Very reasonable price Excellent service Would highly recommend and will definitely use again for all further breakdowns we have.

May 23,2024Very nice gentleman came to fix our washing machine, listened carefully to the 'symptoms' of the washing machine, fixed it and explained the problem to us afterwards. Would definitely use again and highly recommend to others to use.

May 22,2024Don't call ghost busters call Frank at Lincs Appliance. Our fridge/freezer broke down Frank came on time diagnosed the problem ordered the part and hey Presto all working again All done professionaly won't hesitate to call him again Thanks

May 21,2024I'm giving four stars because Lincs Appliance repairs are a good company and attend promptly. However, make sure you really need an engineer before requesting a callout as there's no way to cancel a call or get hold of anyone once this is in place. I thought my fridge wasn't working and requested an engineer, then realised the temperature dial was turned the wrong way and once this was corrected the appliance was fine. I tried to contact the company to cancel but the phone number just directs you to the website and, once the engineer is on his rounds, he doesn't see emails. Update on 23rd May 2024: I appreciate being refunded half of the callout charge....thanks Frank! Sorry to write a somewhat negative review but thought others might find it useful.

Apr 29,2024Impressed by the speedy response - I booked the appt after midnight & the engineer was on my doorstep at 8:30 am that morning! To be fair, there wasn't much for him to do & the problem was resolved within minutes, so thank you for your timely & excellent service 👍

Feb 13,2024Really easy to use booking system online. Booked a times lot but then had various correspondence after to offer earlier slots as they came up. Arrived on time, professional and friendly. Gave recommendations/suggestions of where to buy from when it was found our fridge freezer was non repairable. Would 100% reccomend :)

Feb 12,2024Frank came out to our broken fridge/freezer and condemned the appliance as it is unrepairable.. he then told us we are covered under the sales of goods services act and to contact AO who supplied it. Through doing this and Frank writing us a report to send we have received around 80% of our purchase price back.. Great service thanks Frank will definitely use again...

Feb 12,2024Brilliant, identified the issue with our in built dishwasher very quickly, has taken the door away to shave part of it off to ensure it fits better even though this is outside his scope and certainly wouldn't have expected him to do this :) would recommend and will use again if we need to.
