I've bought various items from Lindy over the past 5+ years. Started as purchasing items for personal use and then recommended them for corporate purchases and buying items in bulk as I was impressed. Communication has always been responsive with queries (usually respond within an hour). Products might seem to be expensive in comparison to other cheap suppliers, but products from Lindy are high quality. They last and meet/exceed expectations. I've found that purchases from Lindy arrive quickly (most likely as they are based in Australia and not overseas) and well packaged.
