Thanks to their entire team effort, from the teacher, to the IT support, and the customer service, they keep my kid motivated on the hard journey of learning Chinese. I also like the added cultural elements in every lesson, as background info, is a good enrichment for language learning.

For a non-native Chinese speaker like my daughter, she ensures that my daughter understand the flow of the lesson by translating it to English. But at the same time, ensures that my daughter is learning how to speak, read, and understand Chinese. She’s very patient and she knows how to get my daughter’s attention. What we also like about her is, after every lesson, she make sure to discuss the learning progress of my daughter to us, parents, which is very important. Overall, she’s really really good. 👍🏻😊
