Sep 24,2024I’m writing this review with deep sense of relief and gratitude for everything Pablo Jurado has helped us to accomplish in Madrid. My wife and I reached out to Pablo after watching his very informative YouTube video and after finding ourselves at an impasse after being totally let down by local real estate agents who have failed to meet any of the goals we set and leaving us in a terrible time crunch after 4 days of looking for properties with nothing to show for it. We needed to purchase an apartment for our son who has moved to Madrid to start his 4 year degree at the University. We were very limited on time and needed to get him settled before the start of his classes. Pablo understood all of the requirements for the property and delivered remarkable service and outcomes. We met on August 28th and identified the property and made an offer on the 30th. We closed on the property in exactly 2 weeks on September 13th and our boy moved in and settled and was able to start school from the comfort of his own home rather than hotel. All thanks to Pablo. He didn’t just coordinate and arrange showings of properties fitting all our criteria but also referred and assisted with a brilliant and fairly priced Immigration and Real Estate attorney to not only assist us with entire process without having to remain in Spain but also to initiate the process to acquire Golden Visa. He served as a liaison for all services needed. He also connected us with a reputable and reliable currency exchange agent saving us tens of thousands of dollars in the process. He is very personable, easygoing, with perfect English and is an absolute sweetheart. He went above and beyond assisting our son with setting up his utilities, advice on everything Madrid and much more. He’s worth every penny that he charges! I believe that anyone attempting to purchase a property in Madrid or anywhere in Spain without a buyer’s agent like Pablo is likely to find themselves in a world of hurt. Jul 19,2024I had an amazing experience with Pablo along my apartment hunting journey as an expat in a city where I don't know the language. Despite not knowing exactly what I wanted, Pablo guided me through every decision and provided tips along the way to find what I wanted, as well as filtering and hunting for the perfect place in less than one month. Definitely recommended if you're not familiar with Madrid or with the language, and you can't constantly monitor the market.

Aug 09,2023Estábamos bloqueados con el tema búsqueda de piso y dar el paso de contratarles fue la mejor decisión: antes de lo esperado encontramos un piso ideal y lo dejamos reservado y eso que teníamos unos requisitos o situación particular pero supieron adaptarse y encontrarnos lo que buscábamos. Encima con su ayuda y asesoramiento tan profesional, cercano y completo pudimos desentendernos del tedioso proceso en España de buscar piso, hacer llamadas, enviar documentación y demás burocracia. Recomendadísimo.

I found an apartment in a record breaking time, they made all the negotiations with the landlord. They assisted me with the complicated procedures of Spain banks and trust me you need their help with all the administration in Spain. They are so kind, caring, and knowledgeable. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to our very challenging needs. LMS made the process of renting an apartment in Madrid a lot easier than if we had tried to do it on our own, something I would not recommend unless you are familiar with the Spanish home rental market and are fluent in Spanish. They were always available to answer any questions we had and they kept us well informed throughout the entire process.
