Jan 24,2025I attended the duel fuel meter refresher course at Logic 4 Training’s Luton site. Rob Phelps is a great trainer. He communicates the lessons very well, bringing a lot of his real life experiences to the classroom, and encouraging participants to bring theirs. Lessons were clear and well articulated, and he ensured that everyone understood before moving on. He’s happy to answer any questions and clarify. Classrooms and training labs are clean and well equipped.

Thank you ROB (from LONDON) for your tremendous training today and the Asian guy who did my gas assessment and exams the day before (sorry can’t remember your name) but you would know who you are when you read this. Jan 17,2025I always return to Basildon Centre, Excellent service and courses delivered professionally with ease and great knowledge within the great team of instructors especially; Glen, Steve, Ed, Nick and Mark along with great support from Justine in Admin.. Could do with the sandwiches being reinstated? Also maybe the Guy at Northolt who answers the phone needs a bit more training for customer care?? Just a minor observation.. overall experience as usual is 10/10

Jan 17,2025Nick the trainer went through everything that was required for the training, he made all the questions clear and advised for things to look at Glen and Steve where my assessors for my exams and was very helpful when I struggle on any questions and explained it to me so I understood it In all logic 4 training is a 5 star test centre, the only thing I would say is bring back the sandwiches Matt

Jan 10,2025I have just finished the essential site skills course. As someone who is new to working in trade, and not very practical, I found this course brilliant. The course content has been well thought out, and the materials and workspace provided was great. Ricky, the trainer was fantastic. Enthusiastic & encouraging at all times, he knew instinctively when to help, but also when to step back and let me figure things out (often making a mess, but learning from my mistakes). The man has the patience of a saint! I would highly recommend this course to anyone thinking of embarking on a career in trade, or actually to anyone who wants to gain confidence and experience in practical skills
