Automatic renewal failed due to a new card I was issued. I opened a support ticket to enquire and it was resolved and invoice paid for in 30 minutes. good stuff!

LogicWeb has been extremely helpful. Their support is super fast and friendly. I forgot to cancel my subnet and contacted 1 day after renewal asking for a potential partial refund, and they gave me a FULL one. Fantastic service, I will definitely be back when I need more ipv6 ranges.
