The color he used and the design look professional and amazing. Just the way I would want it. Another thing worth mentioning is the turn around time. He does it within turn time and all questions were answered in a timely manner. Good job and keep it up!

Dec 01,2023I hired them to help me with a new brand logo. I purchased the deluxe package for my logo early yesterday morning, 11/30/23. I started chatting with someone. I upload my sketch and it seems like everything is going smothly. He confirms he received the file and informs me that someone will be in touch 24 to 48 hours from then. Mind you, they boast a 'fast' turn around time on their website, which in my opinion, if it takes 24 to 48 hours just to talk to your project manager for the first time- it's not fast. I tell him that I want to remove as much wasted time as possible and already have colors and idea in mind. He informs me that he will have a project manager call me within two to three hours. Great! Well, no one called. I reach out again at the end of the day, around 4:45. This time I am talking to a 'senior manager.' He apologizes and assures me someone is going to call within 30 to 45 minutes. Great! Right at 6:00pm, someone calls me and they must have been out at a restuarant, or somewhere very loud. Could hardly hear him. I continue to try and talk to him and ask him if he had reviewed my sketch. Nope, had no idea I had even sent anything in. So, THEN HE HANGS UP ON ME. I mean, if it was an accident, I would have assumed I would have received an immediate call back, but I sure did not. I waited three minutes and called him back. The call goes straight to vm and I leave him a message to call me back, but of course he doesn't. This company really needs to get it together. If you want expedited service, don't come to these people, but you will be lucky if they give you the service you paid for at all.

Please do not be deterred by the negative reviews you may see, as with anything you have to give your project planner time to complete their project.
