But I was lucky to have been in contact with Logo Symmetry UK, for the creation of a logo for my brand. Since the logo is the first thing which attracts customers, I was very precise with the details. However, the company tried their best to fulfill all the guidelines which led to the creation of a fantastic logo!

Nov 15,2019I would highly reccommend LogoSymmetry. I had a very good service from start to finish. The employee who was in touch with me was called Mark Dennis and he made sure everything went smoothly and stuck to a good time scale and listened to eveything i needed. I needed a logo image of a fox for my cleaning company which i could use online, leaflets,business cards etc. I was also allowed unlimited revisions to make sure the image was perfect. Nov 14,2019One mistake, put it down to human error but two, then three not sure of the intention. Can't fault the Logo hence the 3 stars, however this was shadowed by failure after failure. If everything went smoothly, I would have happily worked with them again. I won't be using their services in future as I'm still very confused what their end goal was. Felt like I would have had to pay them more money to receive my product, even though I had cleared my very overpriced bill.

Nov 03,2019Logo designs were extremely poor quality and looked like no care had been taken - for example, lines were not joined up where they should have been, or designs which should have been symmetrical were all over the place. It would be embarassing for them if I was able to post a photo of one of the designs I received. Given I was not satisfied with the quality, I was told repeatedly that I would receive a refund. However, they would not commit to when this would be received and I have not seen anything weeks later. I have therefore been lied to. The person I dealt with used the name 'Mark Dennis' though I doubt this is the real name. If you look in any detail at their positive reviews on this website, most appear to be obviously fake. When I had my first phonecall with them having signed up for the service and paid, they wasted my time by insisting to talk through all the services they offered for about half an hour. At this early point I didn't want to hang up because I had paid for the service.

Oct 15,2019At first all was great and guys were very helpful! However as the design ideas went on and time passed it got worse. They kept sending me a design I had told them I didn't like. They did this like 4+ times. After this communication has been poor to say the least. Money back is impossible. Also be weary of the reviews you see. I found the ones on social media are from fake accounts. This is the first ever bad review I’ve wrote about any company. These really are that bad. They have no chosen to ignore my messages and will not issue a refund. DO NOT USE.

Aug 28,2019I honestly am surprised with there quality of work at first I was a little skeptical about the packages but when I ordered the package I was greeted with the staff explaining the process and when it came to the actual work on the logo the quality of the logo as well as the amount of boxes they ticked in my requirements is surprising considering I didn't have any reference sheets or anything to help them. In summery logo symmetry is an exceptional service they provide high quality logos for a reasonable price and in my honest opinion yoy can't get any better for the price

Aug 23,2019This company does not listen to its customers and the designs are no better than any you can download for free. They will do their utmost to sell their website service when you only want a logo. Ignore the ‘Secure Money Back Guarantee’ on their website! The logos I received bore no resemblance to my design brief, to the extent that even the colour I asked for was initially ignored. Even after telling them that I disliked all of the logos I had been sent they did not refer back to the original brief and ignored my feedback. If you request a refund be prepared for a battle - they will pressurise you into staying with the process. I have accepted a measly 40% refund because I don’t want to deal with them any more but have very little confidence that it will be paid to me any time soon.
