Jul 15,2022I used logovagant to design a logo which admittedly was good and I paid them for their services. However, the problem started later. They sent a 'Letter of Conflict' correspondence via their care of logovagant.co.uk. We also rang them and it is from them and they wanted us to pay £750 to keep our trademark. They claim they have sold my logo to another customer and now raising infringement claims. I believe this company is resorting to underhand tactics by reselling logos and designs with a view to capitalise financially. In short, they may (or not) provide a good service to generate a logo but certainly will come back to haunt you later. They must do this to sooooooo many firms.

It appears they have sold my logo to another customer and now raising infringement claims. Unknown to them, I have copyrighted my logo (mechanism) and text with UK and EU IPO and done so since 2017. 5 years have elapsed which adds credibility to any attempts of 'passing off'. I believe this company is resorting to underhand tactics by reselling logos and designs with a view to capitalise financially. In short, they may (or not) provide a good service to generate a logo but certainly will come back to haunt you later. Thanks for reading.

Jun 02,2022Awful! Avoid at all costs. I can't get rid of them. Made an enquiries then changed my mind. They've been harassing me since 2019! I'm now going through the financial conduct authority, trading standards. Sociopathic scammers after your money. Will use fake paralegals to contact you find try to extort.

Dec 13,2021If I could I would give zero stars I paid £150 for label designs but had to keep correcting mistakes for 3 weeks still not done and label is not good. I’ll make sure I’ll catch these people and they will get the treatment they deserve as my family works for crime branch in Mumbai they messed with the wrong guy this time. My business plan is messed up and the loss is in around 50 lakhs so they have to pay for damages

Nov 22,2019I ordered a website design, SEO and business card letter heads sign. it has been almost a year and my SEO has not been done an day website is very unproffesional with so many mistakes. every time I ring they cut off and are very slow. I DO NOT recommend this service waste of money as I have to pay someone else to do it now. Claiming they are in the UK however they're overseas. DO NOT USE.

Jul 23,2019Definitely stay away from this company. They should be reported as Fraud. We have asked for website design costing us £499 since the end of February 2019 and have to wait 4 months to have a skeleton website with no progression at all. They were very rude and arrogant when we asked questions/follow up regarding the website and will always answer that everything is in progress when truthfully they havent done F*** all. They are not to be trusted at all majority of their feedback is probably done by their own employees. Overall we ended up learning how to make a better website in 3days - No thanks to them - compare to the one they were suppose to be paid for. This company is definitely a SCAM. You're better off following a youtube tutorial than paying this company

Jul 12,2019One of the worst companies i've ever dealt with. Placed an order in March, sent the first batch of designs which were awful and nothing like what I asked for. Not even close. Told them i wanted a refund at the end of March. Was told it was processed, then from that point until the time I am writing this I kept getting calls from the telling me that they had made designs for me which they wanted me to see. The call I had today, some 4 months after I told them to refund me the guy then started telling me he had my designs ready. Told him I had asked for a refund months ago. He told me it hadn't been processed. He then told me that he would only refund 50%, then it went to only 60%, when I told him he was breaking the law he said he'd refund all of it and i'd get it in 3-5 working days. I thought the days had passed when you could speak to a customer rep and you might as well talk to a wall but its not the case here. Stay well away from them.

May 08,2019Being a brand of e-commerce, it is difficult to manage the uniqueness as well as keeping up with every coming functionality is quite hard. I hired Logovagant for my website in order to re-design it with current functionality. I am very impressed with the final designs. The whole design process was quite smooth. Their clarity is incomparable, like the way they seek out my requirements, provided consultation and suggested direction for my business web designs. Apr 09,2019Oh my goodness, whats this company all about!!! Never experienced anything like it in my life. Literally from the second, I logged on the chat wouldnt stop and I couldn't stop it from people asking hello, are you there, are you with me, what package do you want!!!! Then 3 seconds later got a call from overseas trying to close a sale. I hadn't even gone through the website looking at all the options etc etc. Now I have seen an email with an invoice!!!! Avoid avoid avoid!!!! Now I have received yet another email!!! Blimey, this is selling straight from the 1970's playbook!!!

We are impressed by their customer support that kept us updated about our designs. The best part of the whole process was that if you ask for any change in the design, they will immediately do that and deliver a quick turnover of the revised design.
