Nov 13,2024It was time to upgrade our 20 year old 75cm Samsonite hard shell cases and we wanted to replace with one 81cm Essens in bright canary yellow to stand out on the conveyor belts. No discounts anywhere, until London luggage offered a Black Friday deal saving us £43. Ordering was simple, feedback is excellent showing how good they are with customers and we received emails confirming the order, plus a receipt and then more from DPD with a time slot for next day delivery. The case arrived bang on time, perfect condition and is a Spinner, so all new to us and so much easier to push rather than our old two wheel and lift ones. London Luggage are absolutely superb, efficient, trustworthy, and the price was unique and made our day! Thanks so much, and also a huge shout out for choosing the excellent DPD courier service which was again, faultless. 10/10 5 stars and coated in white chocolate (my fave so that is praise indeed)! Useful as we were travelling later that week We then had a problem with both cabin cases due to manufacturer faults. London Luggage replaced in time for us to travel & sorted out the collection of the faulty cases. Great experience!
