Established in 1979, Longacres is a family-run group of six garden centres in the south east of England. Our flagship Bagshot store is the largest independent garden centre in the south of the country.
We've been selling online since 2002 and have two purpose-built warehouses for stock and packing.

Also one item from the order they were waiting on coming in but they contacted me straight away to let me know & let me know that as soon as it was in they'd dispatch it straight away. The customer service team at Longacres are absolutely brilliant & fantastic as they communicate with you throughout and update you on everything all the way through. Like other people have said on their reviews a lot of other companies don't do this at all which is absolutely disgusting really when you're spending your money & a lot of it with them as customer service does goes a very long way which Longacres absolutely deliver on brilliantly. Keep up the fantastic job you all do at Longacres & I would recommend them to anyone & I will definitely order from them again & I can't fault them in anyway at all. Gold stars for everything & everyone at Longacres, really great company & really lovely people. Keep up the fantastic job you all do 👍😁

Nov 14,2024i go to Longacres a lot and always enjoy looking around and spending way too much money :) they also are my go to for flower bouquets for gifts as they are so beautiful and real christmas tree for our office. then we asked for them to donate a gift for our raffle to raise money for Save the Children and they straight away offered a £20 voucher. they are a great company.
