Oct 26,2024Kundenservice vor der Zahlung ist eine Sache, nach der Zahlung eine andere. Dessen muss man sich bewusst sein! Du bekommst einen Anruf vom Kundenservice, dass die Lieferung spätestens am Dienstag erfolgt. Du bist also beruhigt und kannst mit der Zahlung fortfahren. Am Montag bekommst du eine E-Mail, dass die Lieferung am Freitag erfolgt. Du sagst, dass du das nicht akzeptierst, weil die Veranstaltung, für die du die Artikel brauchst, am Freitag endet. Sie bieten eine Rückerstattung von 50 % an, du nimmst an und bittest darum, dass die Lieferung an eine Packstation in der Stadt erfolgt, in die du zur Veranstaltung reist. Am Samstag, nach dem Heimweg, bekommst du eine E-Mail mit dem Betreff „Deine Sendung ist auf dem Weg“, in der steht, dass die Sendung am Vortag in die Stadt geliefert wurde, in der die Veranstaltung stattfindet. Du erhältst auch keine Sendungsnummer, sodass du rechtzeitclih selbst prüfen kannst. Völlig katastrophaler Kundenservice. Ich fange sogar an zu glauben, dass dies eine Betrugsfirma ist, da ich bezahlt habe und trotzdem nichts anderes als E-Mails und Telefonanrufe gesehen habe

Oct 25,2024Produktion konnte mit dem vereinbarten Zeitfenster nicht eingehalten werden. Wir wurden nicht informiert sondern haben 3x hinterher telefoniert und keiner konnte uns was sagen. Die Account Managerin hat nie zurück gerufen. Im Endeffekt haben es die Produkte nicht rechtzeitig zur Veranstaltung geschafft. Wir haben die Bestellung aufrecht erhalten und haben es an unser Office in Berlin schicken lassen. Jetzt stelle ich fest das Paket ist in Köln statt in Berlin... absolut unterirdisch, dass alle falsch läuft. Zwischen den Partnern und der Plattform herrscht scheinbar keine Kommunikation. War das letzte mal das wir dort bestellen.

Oct 24,2024Super produit Le seul détail : Le noir n'est pas parfaitement noir mais ce n'est pas très important. La plateforme pour envoyer son logo et visualiser le rendu pourrait-être mieux organisée pour une meilleure expérience utilisateur, mais a part ca, nous avons eu une très bonne experience, la commande est arrivée rapidement et bien conforme.
