He was very helpful and responsive even after the purchase. Due to an emergency I had a to cancel one of the tickets I booked with him and he took care of everything and ensure that I was refunded in time.

Jul 02,2016I found Abhilash very patient and caring for customer needs. For a trip to India he gave a good price. I searched online and provided him reference to a cheaper option. He worked with me, searched that option. In the meantime I figured that the website I quoted was giving a higher price on the next screen. Bottomline - Lowfare provides competitive price, and readily works with you providing alternate options if available. In addition you get the peace of mind compared to buying tickets from random websites.

I have done lots of research on the fares for my recent travel before going to them. Surbhi Sharma from Lowfare travels helped me find out a better pricing than all the pricing that I got from elsewhere. She is extremely nice, understands the exact need and was very helpful in providing the multiple itineraries to fit my requirements with the best pricing. In my case, my wife and daughter was travelling first and on return we were coming together but Surabhi was helpful by suggesting best options. Really impressive. Surabhi goes one mile extra to satisfy customers. I would highly recommend Low Fare Travels.

This time I received EXCEPTIONAL customer service from their staff - Vipin Kothiyal, while making the reservations for our forthcoming India trip. Not only did Vipin respond to our emails / phone calls in a professional and timely fashion, he also made sure he took care of our travel needs, as per our requests. I had to go back n forth so many times changing my schedules / travel plans / airlines.
