Feb 20,2024All it takes is one customer service representative to ruin everything. The way that little boy was talking to me. Must not know we don't play that in the USA. Getting rid of the arrogance, learn to listen and be more patient. Stop cutting people off when they talk. Can't even get one word out. You're lying because if you heard that phone call and don't agree then your probably the manager bringing in people like you. I have call recorder too. I could post it on. YouTube and let the world be the judge! Now what! Response: You are lying about listening to a phone call. My day was great but nice try. If you choose to defend customer support that over talks and down talks on clients. It's no wonder this business isn't doing well. The brokers I am with now. I have not had ONE problem yet. Period! And the support team is much more kind. Maybe in your country it's okay to talk like that. But not over here. So go ahead. Keep lying and diminishing your brands integrity.

Feb 14,2024Don't trust this broker. On their micro accounts the pips spread in the open trade window is off by one to two pips from the bid/ ask spread on the chart. So if you're in profit one or two pips on the chart, your trade will still show negative in the open trade window which is devastating if you're a scalper. For example, if the bid/ask for GBP/JPY is 190.00/189.98 on the chart. The open trade will read 189.96 for a long position which is just wrong.They don't charge commissions on micro accounts but this is how they make up for it. Also the slippage is the worst I've ever seen on any forex brokerage platform. When you open a market order on this account, you are guaranteed to be filled three to four pips away from where price is. Using these two little techniques this broker essentially stole my $100 account. 😂 I had an account with them three years ago and I stopped trading with them but I couldn't figure out why I chose another broker over them. Now I remember. You have been warned!!

Feb 01,2024I've been a forex day trader for almost 10 years, and finding tight spreads is paramount when you make 10 to 30 trades a day. About 5 years ago, I decided to evaluate LQDFX like I would any brokerage by opening a small account and testing their spreads, the responsiveness from customer service, and my ability to deposit or withdraw. Needless to say, I've been with them for the entire 5 years and they continue to impress me and I've evaluated over 20 other brokerages. They recently dropped their commissions from $7 down to $5. Normally, I'd never spend the time to write a review, but that was a huge bonus for me. So, sign up and just start asking questions---they're not hiding like some companies...and will almost always answer just a minute or two.

Very fast deposit and withdrawal. No hidden fees at all during withdrawal. Their customer service are very responsive to solve any issue. Even no extra commissions. The jorney with them is going very smooth.

Dec 26,2023In order to my experience I found Iqdfx as retail trader friendly trading platform. Good spreads on eurusd and gbp pairs and good number of pairs to choose from. Deposit and withdrawal are easy , haven't had any trouble in my 1 year trading with them. Live chat service too fast to solve any issues. Good going with them till now.

Nov 29,2023its a long time with Forex trading and the majority of that time i have traded with LQD. honestly speaking never found any major problem in this period. very fast trading execution , instant deposit with a large choice available and first withdrawals. in my trading career i met a lot of brokers but LQD is definitely one of my top 3.

Withdrawal never takes more than 24 hours and there are no hidden fees. So, my trading journey going very smoothly.

Jul 01,2023This broker is EVIL. There are some sketchy brokers out there in the off-shore space, but this one is the worst I've experienced. Deposits, withdrawals etc. are no better than the other. The real damning aspect is this broker trades against you in such an aggressive way this one is the hardest to beat. ALL brokers move the market against you as best they can, but LQDfx does not hold back and isn't afraid to show it to the trained eye. Most people don't know what they're seeing, but I can assure you 100% this broker is pushing and pulling price against you the moment you click buy or sell. They are THE most aggressive I've come across. DO NOT go near this broker, let their business fail as it already is. I can see this as they've gotten even more aggressive due to the lack of customers. All of them have been blown away. If you look at any reviews they always say the same thing, those that go into detail will tell you they stopped all together with some casual excuse. Truth is this broker's business model is to bust every account as they do not have the number of clients that prevent them from swaying the market too much to one side causing them to put too many in a profit. It's all done mathematically, but LQDfx doesn't adhere to that model as again their client base is non-existent. These brokers are not as big as you think. They can be a group of guys or even a single person or seedy hedgfund. Give enough capital you or I can start an off-shore bucket shop just like LQDfx, all you need is an Mt4 license, a domicile in an bucket-shop friendly country, cash injection and an introduction to a liquidity provider shady enough to do business with an unregulated broker with their "legal address" in some hole in the wall country like the Cayman or Marshall Islands like in LQD's case. Don't go near these guys, they are bad news. LQDfx, if you're seeing this your days of market manipulation are coming to an end.

May 02,2024Sooo, disappointing. Their trading set-up is quite OK. Their support good, most of the times. But, when something goes wrong, they quietly disappear. I have a logon problem as it is, they can't apparently solve it and now prefer to just not respond. Sooo, disappointing.
