Jul 05,2024I signed a contract with this company in September 2022 for $3199. I paid in full so I could take advantage of the discount they offered. It went downhill pretty fast from there. The only communication I got from them was when they wanted me to spend more money. They were very slow in responding to my requests. To make the story short, they were terrible editors. I had to do most of the editing myself. I would send them transcripts and they sometimes send back the same transcript with no edits at all. The final draft was never quite what I wanted but they did finally get it printed, put it on Amazon, and sent me my copies. They never published it to any of the over 40 places they promised. To their credit, I actually liked the cover design they came up with. Finally about a year later I had to threaten them to get my printed copies to me. They agreed that they had not done everything they promised and said they would send me a $500 refund. When the time came in May 2024 to send the money they decided to take me up on an offer to send me 50 additional copies instead. Now it's July 2024 and I'm having trouble communicating again. They keep making promises then not honoring them. I recommend you stay as far away from this company as possible. I've been dealing with Anna Park and she doesn't seem to care that she is unreliable.

Jun 17,2024My first children’s book was just published. Mr. Joseph Lee, has been patient, supportive, helpful, kindly and lt writing had kept its word and commitment throughout. The 19 illustrations are charming and delightful. I was suspicious when I signed up, but thise fears were soon vaporized. This is an ethical and responsible company.

May 25,2024Jenika Snow and her team at lt-writing.com edited my work very nicely and formatted the book with pictures. They made changes as I asked and the booked turned out really really nice. I didn't like the push for money but I am happy the way everyone worked together. It's a beautiful book and now it is on Amazon. It's called Book of Psalms Prayers and Reflections.

May 20,2024I am in the process of writing quite a few books, live-streaming, pay per view but our priority was getting our new website up and going. We want to do all of the above and more with your company. I was trying for about 6 months to get our website up and then Allen Connected us with Joseph, everybody in your company was nice and tried to help meet our needs but I could not get them to understand what I wanted to accomplish. After Joseph getting involved I felt like we got more done in 6 days then we did in 6 months. Not complaining about anything or anybody, I just want you to know I appreciated working with Joseph. Our website is not up and we are able to work on it directly and add to it. Thanks again

Mar 27,2024Since I am a first time author that has written a short childrens story, I had to find a publisher that was in my price range. LT-Writing fit my budget range. All through the process of correcting text to fine tuning illustrations, the project manager was the guiding light. She was truly a professional. The book is done with illustrations. Now waiting to see what the next step is. In my haste to get this review in, I totally forgot to mention the Project Manager's name. I should have said, Sasha Barber, the Project Manager was the perfect professional to work with, can't say enough. Sorry, I didn't say that in the beginning.
