Color is a bit to light but it could be due to me getting a lot of sun this summer. I hope it is my natural color once my tan fades away. I had to use a different brush to blend it more in because the brush it came with didn't fully blend it in good

The color is always wrong
Who do i send the copy of my credit card chage to in order to prove i paid for nothing. I did not get my refund on my credit card. I placed the order and was not given the discount so I asked for it to be canceled but I have not received a credit. Nor did I receive the product. So you do not show I paid anything? I will send a copy the credit card debit. debbie miley
I did not like the face makeup or the primer. The remover and setting spray were good.
The foundation don’t last 12 hours with me, I don’t know if it’s a moisturizer problem or not, I can’t remember seeing your ad that she used moisturizer, but when I tried not using it it feel so dry on my face
I’m very happy with the product however I think I picked the wrong color or tone for my skin. I went with the lighter color instead of the darker color for my Vitalago.
I had been experiencing my makeup settling into my wrinkles (65). Tried numerous brands from expensive to cheap! Thank goodness I found Luminess! It doesn’t settle in my wrinkles and still looks good at the end of the day.
I enjoyed the product and the timeliness in which it arrived. I ordered the airbrush foundation and I guess I ordered the make-up eraser but I can't be entirely sure. Suggestions for the product: whatever orange base that is being used should be reduced a little. The foundation had a flawless finish but it was on the orange side. Secondly, I suggest advising users to spray foundation on a make-up palette vs the brush because the kick back is terrible. Foundation gets everywhere and it is very hard to clean. Also seems as if you are wasting product. Since I did not have a palette I sprayed the product in the top of the bottle. If these two things were addressed I would repurchase.
I ordered product on 8/15/24, paid for it $38.38 and still have not gotten it. Every time I call customer service there is a recording that says the office is closed even though it is in regular hours. I opened a chat with someone on line from the company who said it is still in route. That was two weeks ago. I paid for it and said I wanted a refund of my $38.38, it was refused. I was told I could have a $20.00 credit for product. I didn't even get that. I had to go to my credit card company and they are now trying to get in touch with someone and get me my money back. Disgraceful way to treat a customer!

I was really hoping for the best however it went on blotchy and a little bit darker than I like. Also, my face became red and irritated after a few uses.

Shipping took much longer than expected, making me wonder what I'd do if I ran out of makeup and had to wait for a shipment. The color match was good. I feel like the brush leaves brush strokes in the foundation. I've canceled my subscription, because I just don't think it's for me.
I guess I am allergic to these products.

My order arrived quite quickly. I really like it, but think I need a shade darker to match my skin. This looks almost white on my face so I have to add a touch of other makeup to match my complexion. I definitely don’t like doing that. On the other hand, I love the coverage of the Luminess and how easily it glides on! And it doesn’t even feel like I have any makeup on UNTIL I have to add the other makeup. I’d love to order a shade darker, but have no idea what to ask for.
