The advice and choices given I believe are based on sound knowledge. Advice, both verbal and written, is always clear. I receive quick responses when I make contact and never feel rushed to make important decisions. May 24,2024I would like to praise the whole team at Lumin Wealth and especially James Corcoran, for outstanding service, advice and support during the challenging past twelve months. As a WASPI, my investments were converted to a drawdown facility in 2017 to support me through early retirement and beyond. Sadly I became a 'forgotten' client with my previous provider where the service became slow and support was poor. I switched to Lumin last year and that has proven to be a wise and profitable move! An email or a phone call accesses prompt, friendly and knowledgeable advice with regular updates as required and excellent fund management has resulted in investment growth pacing my monthly withdrawals. Apr 19,2024Having received excellent, expert advice a few years ago from Financial adviser Ian Collins (recommended by a colleague) I was able to transfer my stakeholder pension fund to a draw down facility enabling me to reduce my teaching hours without fully retiring but have the security of funds easily available to supplement my reduced income without touching my teacher's pension- a game changer!
