Aug 24,2022I have been taking Lumity Supplements for a few years now, and they are unlike anything else I have ever tried. Yes, they are expensive but so worth the price. My sleep and overall well-being have definitely improved as a result of taking them. Not only that but their customer service is really impressive. Whenever I have raised anything, they have always responded so quickly. I recently contacted them with a delivery question, and Joanna was fantastic. Such a lovely company.

Aug 17,2022I have been using the products for few years and I like it very much. It is practical to use but well balanced and formulated for my needs. I do take some extra Omega fish oils though as my skin is dry and I need more to supplement the menopause phase.

Aug 07,2022I celebrated my 60th birthday this year, so to mark the occasion I took on the challenge of cycling from Lands End to John O'Groats, as I wanted to be able to motivate my twin grandchildren Arthur and Beatrice (aged 5) to take on challenges as they go through life. I only took up cycling two years ago so it was quite a challenge for me, however I successfully completed the journey on a manual road bike in 12 days, in the company of five other cyclists in their 60s. I attribute a great deal of the success of my journey to the Lumity Life Fitness Recovery capsules which I am convinced aided in muscle recovery and so kept the pedals turning. Aug 04,2022Wow, just wow 🤩 I wasn’t sure when ordering such expensive supplement but I was desperate because of how my hair was falling out and because I couldn’t get the eczema on my hand under control. I didn’t see any results for a while but 4 months in my hair grew longer and thicker than it ever did my entire life. All my friends and my hairdresser keep asking what I’ve done to my hair because I have so much new baby hair. My eyelashes grew, my nails are stronger and because my skin is now overall moisturised from within my eczema almost disappeared! It only shows rarely and very quickly disappears and I don’t have to use eczema creams 100 times a day!

Jun 24,2022I've never been big on taking vitamins. I'm one of those people that will buy a bottle of vitamins from the supermarket, take it for a week then lose interest. I spotted lumity advertised in a fashion magazine three months ago with an introductory offer and thought I'd try them! Three months on and I'm addicted and feel great! My skin is clear, my hair is glossy, my nails are indestructible and my periods are a lot easier (I have endometriosis). £74 a month may seem pricey to a lot of people in the current climate, but you truly get what you pay for! I wish I'd have known about Lumity sooner instead of paying hundreds of pounds for countless bottles of supermarket vitamins that I end up abandoning after a week! In fact, Lumity supplements have given me so much motivation to live a healthier life through diet, exercise and the supplements and I've lost almost a stone in weight. I've never been so determined!
