Although I have had it explained to me - that the company is undergoing a system change, I am a bit frustrated that I am still waiting for the order I made in September. Surely getting customer orders to them in reasonable time should be the priority. It's not as if the items are very large. The staff members are always very courteous.

Lumity cleanser - not for me, I don’t like the thick heavy texture or colour, it makes my skin feel very warm and looks horrible when you put it on so, for me, the whole experience is unpleasant. I would like to return it but am having no luck so far with customer service.
Still waiting for an order placed on 25 September. NO reply to my chasing email to Customer Services and phone line unanswered. Beginning to think this company is a sham
i have chased the company as to my delivery status and they said "they are currently transferring to a new logistics space and appreciate my patience". I just wished this had been communicated when ordering that delivery would be delayed as I would have gone and purchased my 3 orders of supplements from a stockist. I love the supplements but disappointed with customer services and "lack of human voice".
Poor service I signed up for regular monthly deliveries, first order was late and I ran out of the supplements and still gave not received my second order even though the monies were taken from my bank account very very disappointed no stall impressed with the company Myreen young

I think this supplement has been quite effective so far although it is difficult to tell what dramatic changes have taken place. Two comments I have is 1) the supplements have a nasty smell in the jar, its not the end of the world and 2) I personally find them very difficult to swallow and would much prefer them to be a different shape. I often get them stuck in my throat which is rather boring as you have to take three in the morning and three in the evening.

Although there were a few hiccups, the customer service made up for it. I made a special request and the ladies that I dealt with were more than happy to help and to fulfill my request. Product is amazing and would recommend to anyone.

Oct 07,2019Order placed in September and still nothing turned up. Was told that the company is going through a warehouse transition but why would this not been communicated to customers beforehand?! Just called to cancel my subscription but again no confirmation emails turned up!! Is this company a sham? Let’s see if I can get my money back...
