May 11,2024I suffer from insomnia periodically so I purchased Restful Nights in the hope it would solve that problem. It hasn't. I purchased a month's supply as that's the minimum you can, and I've used them on about four different occasions when needed. Each time, I feel drowsy but I don't actually fall asleep; instead I feel restless. When I do eventually fall asleep, if I wake up again, I have difficulty going back to sleep. I also feel groggy in the morning. It's a shame it's not possible to purchase a trial pack, say a week's supply, instead of forking out over £40 for something that, for me anyway, doesn't work. I will keep trying them, maybe there is a cumulative effect...?

Apr 10,2024The Lady Paris is wonderful in explaining what these supplements do (Morning and Night) she is patient, experienced and kind and since I have been taking these supplements as recommended I feel great, I am back at gym using the stair master for an hour ( WHICH I HAVE NEVER DONE BEFORE ) I usually do 10 min tops and I think I am going to pass out .love these .

Apr 01,2024Im quick to criticise bad product and customer service so want to leave a positive review as so far been super impressed with lumity day and night. Im peri and was sleeping 5 hours a night. Im now doing over 7 and arent waking in the middle of the night. It is expensive but im seeing difference in my sleep which is significantly helping me overall. Its too early to note other effects. Shout out to Paris too who responds quickly. They also didnt try to upsell me whilst i was taking other supplements for hair loss and were very honest.

Mar 28,2024I have suffered from waking in the night and bad sleep generally for years and have tried all sorts of remedies. Lumity Restful Nights supplements have literally changed my life. They took a week or so to get into my system but the benefits are amazing. Although I may still wake once in the night, I go straight back to sleep and feel so refreshed and energised on waking after a good nights sleep. I’d recommend to anyone who has problems sleeping….
