From the first communication Nick was kind and professional. Flexible, communicative, efficient and the bag I bought is just stunning. It was well priced and it pristine condition. I have been looking for this bag for over two years and wasn’t planning on buying anything during this crazy period but I decided to treat myself and I am so glad I did. Once life goes back to normal I will be a frequent customer!!!
