I bought 2 tickets to watch the Phantom of the Opera. I was really excited to go and see it in a few days. However, my money was taken but I did not receive any email to confirm my purchase. It's when I went on Trustpilot to check the website. As soon as I read the reviews, I knew it would be a struggle. The day after buying the tickets, I spent the afternoon calling to have the confirmation of my purchase. First, they were saying that I would receive my tickets 48 hours before the event and then told me that the tickets I bought were not available. I have received an email confirming that I will receive a refund but after reading the reviews, I know it will be long and difficult. I will never buy a ticket from that website again. They are not the official seller and everything is chaotic. I have only one advice: Avoid to buy a ticket from that website, it seems they use your money to speculate before refunding you.

Terrible waiting for a £400 refund and they refunded me £12 joke I can’t get in contact with them either

Konnte aufgrund eines Unfalls nicht ins Theater gehen. Eine Umbuchung der Tickets auf einen späteren Termin wurde einfach grundlos abgelehnt - sehr schade. Die Show war nicht ausverkauft an diesem Abend. Andere Locations sind da kulanter.

I joined a packed audience to see the great Dawn French at this Venue 20/10/23 - no photos permitted during the performance. Front Row Stalls seats? Never again! The seat and floor space are excessively near to the stage edge with about 2inches spare room for knees and total lack of space for straightening your feet ( I’m a size 5 shoe) so had to sit forced ‘pigeon-toed’ or toes pointing only outwards all evening - awful . A lady with crutches really struggled to cross the front row ( not realising the gap was SO tight) because she couldn’t gain access to her seat elsewhere with the sheer numbers attending . The discomfort spoiled my complete enjoyment of the show - sorry Dawn . I expect even Dawn herself wouldn't be comfortable in Seat A3 either ……and I’m surprised at the audacity and dismissiveness of the Palladium management as they have not already addressed this . I would consider the seating arrangements most certainly a Health and Safety Hazard for audience members if there was ever an emergency at the theatre . Ticket was from Viagogo ; no chance of emailing the Company independently about the above issues , you have to call them🙄. Best off with Front Circle/Aisle seats, I think.

I’ve been trying to book 2 tickets for Grayson Perrys show through LW Theatre tickets. I’ve got through as far as to confirming the payment with bank and then nothing happens after that. Just keeps asking to confirm payment over and over. I’ve confirmed several times now. No idea how much they will try and take out of my account. No contact details to ask them what’s happening. Feels like a scam.

We booked tickets for the wizard of oz via MasterCard priceless experience and got to meet the cast on the stage prior to the performance. The palladium looked like it had a lot of work since I was last there.

After having problems with the name on my ticket, I spoke to Kirsty from customer relations, and she couldn’t have been more helpful! I am very grateful for her fast and friendly communication!

BEWARE ..... Was trying to purchase 2 front row tickets on line with LW Theatres, for Magic's, Magic of Christmas show in November. Tickets were in my basket and I went to check out ..... waited and waited to CONTINUE to pay. After 25 minutes my basket emptied. My sister was also trying to purchase tickets for the same concert and the same thing happened to her! Not good at all. Will not use this site again.

Arijana couldn’t have been more helpful. I cannot get to grips with my new mobile when booking tickets as I found out too late and this morning Ariana couldn’t have been more helpful and calm, I am now sorted so if you have any problems don’t hesitate to call the theatre.

London Palladium. On previous visits this venue has been outstanding, however after watching the Wizard of Oz there earlier today the performance was ruined by the lack of air conditioning, zero air flow. It was so hot and uncomfortable. No advanced notice to customers of the problem, and no temporary adjustments to help reduce the temperature in the auditorium. 1 poor lady had to leave due to the heat and staff issued her an ice pack!!! Don't get me wrong, the performance was good, it was just a shame that the atmosphere was like the Victorian glasshouse at Kew gardens. LW Theatres- next time at least tell your customers so they can wear shorts and bring their own fans!!!

Attended Matilda the Musical at the Cambridge Theatre in London, One particular member of staff, Aoife. Rude, aggressive and verbally abusive to my family. Ruined a family trip. Customer service beyond awful. Will never go back.

Had a Ticket for Wizard of Oz. Asked to be resold a few months back, heard nothing and then was sent the ticket on the day of the show, even tho i was ill on the day i chased this up. The ticket never got resold and i was even given a survey for attending, which should mean ticket was sold. Supposeable not no resell no refund. Total Con.

Bought tickets for Wizard of OZ a year ago, chose 2nd row as 1st was restricted viewing to any one under 5ft4 turned up and couldn't see anything! The stage was so high and our view was restricted to actors head and for several scenes saw nothing at all! Their customer service is non existent £450 wasted!

We purchased two tickets for a stand-up comedy that got canceled, and since November 2nd, 2022, until today, June 26th, 2023 have tried to get our money back, but they do not even reply to our email.

WOW, WHAT A BAD EXPERIENCE!!! I need to change my tickets for a different date. We paid £59 per ticket and I want to change to tickets that are in the row directly in front of our original booking that are currently being sold for £49.75, I'm happy to pay the £3 / ticket fee to change and not asking for any money back but am being told that I can only exchange for tickets that are the same price or higher, there are no tickets the same price so to change the tickets I would need to pay more when I really don't want to and do not feel I should have to. I'm over a barrel so am going to end up having to bite the bullet but the service and terms and conditions set are so completely unreasonable. I would strongly advise booking last minute if you can. To the vendor - your terms and conditions are unreasonable and you are ripping people off!

Very poor customer service and communication. Staff were more concerned with checking everyone's bags and telling people not to take photos than being friendly/ helpful. There were no programs available as I entered the hall and unfortunately I missed half of the show as no announcement was made that there was a break when the curtain came down. It would have been so easy to announce that the show would recommence in X minutes, however they assumed that everyone knows the program or looks through the internet to find it. Nothing about a break was shown on my ticket or email confirmation. I emailed their customer service to complain, however they did not offer to do anything to improve their service/ communication in the future. I am very disappointed with their attitude and would never go back.

Went to see John Cale at the London Palladium, and we had a great evening. Booking the tickets was a breeze, loved the theatre, the view was great even from afar.

Chaos. Doors open half hour late. Show starts over an hour later than advertised. And I suspect this is to maximise bar sales. Cynical. Felt tricked.
