Feb 13,2024Sollecito nuovamente un intervento risolutivo per il problema riscontrato sul crm ma niente da fare. Soldi buttati. In risposta alla vostra mail vi comunico che sono state fatte tutte le modifiche da voi indicate ed il problema persiste. Per quanto riguarda la call con il vostro responsabile tecnico( ne avremo avute circa una decina ormai) , normalmente tra aziende si concorda un orario e non che telefona quando ha tempo lui. Rimango in attesa

Aug 31,2023Customer service was good, had good experience with my interactions. The actual service was worthless, waste of time and money. My own outlets out performed Machinio 100-1. Do your own research if you think your inventory may do well on here, don't make the mistake I made. You would likely do better running facebook ads or just listing on eBay. I as assured my machinery was a perfect match for them but produced one valid phonecall in 3 months.. And the customer clicked on that by mistake..

Jul 28,2023Machinio System und Webseite wurden mir verkauft mit dem Schwerpunkt auf sehr gute Präsenz der Listings in Suchmaschinen und Steigerung der Anzahl der Anfragen. Beides ist nicht eingetroffen: die Webseite hätte man im Hinblick auf SEO mit jedem beliebigen Generator erstellen können. Es erfolgt von Seiten Machinios nicht die geringste Qualitätskontrolle und selbst auf Nachfragen erhält man nichtssagende Mails ohne weitere Optimierung oder auch nur Hinweise dazu. Eigenhändig kann man an der erstellten Webseite quasi nichts ändern, da der Webseiten-Editor völlig unverständlich ist. Das Back-End des Machinio-CRM Systems bietet ebenfalls wenig Komfort und ist nicht anpassbar. Fazit: für mehr als 4000,- Euro im Jahr erhält man ein System, das nicht individuell anzupassen ist, die Bedienung ist eher was für Nerds. Glücklicherweise habe ich diesem Unternehmen nicht unsere Hauptdomain zur Verfügung gestellt, da ansonsten unsere Präsenz in den Suchmaschinen komplett abgestürzt wäre.

Jun 22,2023I listed on this site and got zero calls and not sure how many looks. Listed on Ebay and got 171 looks and sold there in two weeks. This was the right place to sell my $15K lift. I can not recommend Machinio at all, cant even get proper billing info from them. There website site has NO website help line to call either. I tried to send myself a email like I was a customer and it took two day to get. Just wanted to make sure my link was correct You can say all you want but charged me for two months without one lead.... You dont even have your phone number listed on your website. If your so excellent, then return my fees paid?

Apr 10,2024Someone from this company copy/pasted my entire dealership inventory to their site. I cannot get a single phone call or email answered to find out why they are doing this. I cant imagine it is out of the goodness of their hearts. Nobody asked if I would like them to post my stuff. Why is a heavy machine company posting pictures off of RV dealers websites????
